I really like how Karina attends people. She was super kind to me!! I had overall an amazing experience here and I will be coming back. The quality of the service here is really awesome and it honestly made me want to continue coming. Great food here too!!!!

Love to eat at Makebs! The bagels and sandwiches are always so fresh and delicious! Staff is always so welcoming and kind. This has become my favorite place to get breakfast.

Great experience at Makeb’s Bagels and Deli! Nicoll provided outstanding service—she was warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The bagels were fresh and delicious, some of the best I’ve had. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Nicoll!

I’d heard this bagel shop has terrible customer service and decided to try it anyway—big mistake. The staff was rude, unfriendly, and disengaged, spending more time on their phones than acknowledging customers. The menu is incomplete, questions were met with annoyance, and we were never told our order was ready. People who ordered after us got their food first while ours sat there getting cold. When I calmly spoke up, they just stared at me and said nothing. How this place is still in business is beyond me—go to another bagel shop down the road for better, friendlier service.
