Came in about an hour before closing last night. Ordered jerk chicken meal. First visit here. Disappointing. The chicken was overcooked, dry, and inedible. Do better.

I have been going to Caribbean restaurants for sometime. Never felt the need to leave a review because I know how they do business (IYKYK). However, my experience here was by far the worse. The service was terrible. Would it kill to greet the customer? The woman taking my order attitude was very unpleasant. I ordered oxtails with rice and peas and the oxtail had a bitter burnt flavor, the rice was burnt! When I asked to exchange for something different the ladies denied the food was burnt before tasting it but we all know it was. Just a disgrace. My man ordered stew chicken and it was tougher than 2020. The cabbage was uncooked with no seasoning. We tried to eat it but ended up leaving to go else where. I heard good things about this restaurant. I’m not sure if there’s a different cook on Sundays but the reviews are definitely contradicting to my experience.

Truly incredible the jerk chicken brought me to my knees im in tears thinking about how good this meal was. Genuinely amazing food!

Service was timely and you can tell they value their customers. The store owner herself served us and the food was absolutely delicious! Would recommend to a friend and will most definitely be returning for another meal!

Walked in, started watching tv as the young lady was taking care of previous customers, another young lady walked out and took my order and filled it in less than 5mins. Super polite very informative when I asked about breakfast items. Got home and tore that food down it was sooo good. I will be returning and telling everyone about this place! Thanks again ladies!

Don't be fooled by the review honestly I respect my elders but I saw this employee drop a styrofoam cup for my soup order and then she still used it to serve me I still at it I'm not picky I know we all need germs and I know I'm not going to die from a cup falling on the floor at a restaurant which I honestly looks pretty clean the price for two soups two came out to the total of 39 dollars and unfortunately I was disappointed all the ingredients for correct but the thickness of the soup was not there don't make the same go to Ocean breeze their food tastes like my Jamaican grandfather/ grandmother's home cooking

Went about 7pm she gave me a menu we sat down then she come over tell us it was only about 5 dinner items we could order? My girl did not get to eat ? the choices of food she wanted was not ab available ? had oxtails peas rice just did not have that real Jamaican taste to me had a funny off taste the rice seemed a little undercooked I was expecting some cabbage with the banana on the side ? I felt a little weird the lady stood at the counter and seemed to watch me eat ? as we left my food was in To go containers because I was not eating inside restaurant at first we saw her looking in my containers as if she was seeing if I had ate all my food ? Why not just throw them in the trash ?
