On June 14th at 8:48 pm I stopped by your McDonald's on Belvedere to pick up something to drink and a couple sandwiches. After I'd been waiting in the Drive-Thru for over 5 minutes I finally decided to call the number on your window and I left a lengthy message on the voicemail. I arrived at the drive though. I placed my order. I wanted a chicken nugget meal with an upgrade to the cheese bacon fries: multiple McDonald’s have done this. It’s an option in the app. I confirmed my order over the speaker. When I get to pay he repeats the order but with regular fries I said did you get that I wanted the upgrade? He goes please hold. He comes back with a manager, says they can’t void the order and the only solution is to make me pay for both the combo...read full review
