New staff with better attitudes who seem to actually care about your experience with them. The atmosphere has significantly changed and much more welcoming and friendly. Manager and servers are friendly and helpful now :) GONE are the previous workers who were rude prejudice and couldn't 3ven adhere to McDonald's standards

Bad customer service. The girl in the drive thru didn’t get my order right plus she charge me for a donation that she didn’t even ask if I want to donate. I was explaining to the guy in the second window my order was wrong and he responded with attitude and instead of fixing the problem he made it worse and we decided to leave.

It is a Mc Donald's. However as for drive thru service this is one of the best. Super nice order takers, amazing people handing out food. I have never had an issue with not getting the riflght order even for special orders!

Went to this McDonald's with a courtesy coupon for a free meal sent to me by (I believe) the Palm Beach County McDonald's office. They wouldn't accept it. I had to pay for food out of pocket after calling Walmart corporate and being told there's nothing they could do. Not sure if it's just my imagination, but the soda I got after that also tasted a little off, so I didn't even bother drinking it. I hope none of the employees spit in it, because there was one in a yellow shirt who was rude to me when I tried to redeem the meal. Honestly, I'm disgusted. A McDonald's location shouldn't be able to just decide they're NOT a McDonald's whenever it's convenient. Either they are or they aren't.
Really bad experience there’s not customer service at all . Especially people attending at the register bad service wrong order, bad attitude. Never going back to the location.
