I usually go to this McDonald’s a couple of times a week as well as the 45th st and S Military trail locations and I will NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION ever again because of rude experience I just had today. An employee argued with me over sauce and pickles and it was right there on my order for the pickles. But Instead of the supervisor scolding her, the manager lets her holler things in Spanish and then the manager proceeds to tell me that the new policy is I must ask for sauce in the window if I want one if I don’t order nuggets. As a paying customer who is not an employee, how am I too know that you have new policies when I’m not employed with MCDONALDS nor has this location or any other locations for that matter have given me this problem nor had an employee argue with me over it either. In fact, when I came to this SAME location TWO days ago, a young man In the drive thru followed my order for extra pickles on the side and he gave me TWO ranch when I only asked for one and I ordered the same exact meal. Then I get home and my meal is cold from sitting there having that employee be rude to me and them not finding my meal when It was just sitting there on the table in her face while she was trying to argue with me. I will never go back to this location or another McDonald’s if unpleasant employees and experiences come along with me purchasing a meal from there

This is a pretty decent McDonald's, the ladies don't speak much English but they're very nice and my orders are always fresh, hot and on point. Definitely one of the better McDonald's branches.
