This July, I’ve already come to this McDonald’s four times, and there’s never any ice cream because the machine is broken. And they haven’t been able to fix it in the 26 days of this month.
My experience at this McDonald’s was just okay. When I placed my order, the workers were giggling and talking instead of paying attention, which may be why my nuggets were missing from my $5 meal. The food could’ve been fresher too. When I came back through the drive-thru to get the missing item, they sent someone else to handle it instead of simply apologizing and taking care of it themselves. Better focus and customer service would improve the experience.

I rarely, rarely ever leave reviews and this is the first 1 star I’m leaving. I went to the drive thru today at 5pm and no one responded, cool I waited 5 minutes for someone then a car goes thru the other lane and gets tended to first, left a sour taste in my mouth and not a really good experience on whoever was in charge of the drive thru. Left and will not be returning ever and I advise others looking at this to do the same and go to any nearby options.

NOT 24 hours. The employees don’t accept orders after a certain time and block the drive-thru with yellow cones. Even though the app says they’re open 24 hours and will allow you to order, they are always CLOSED. You’ll waste your time ordering online and then driving all the way there just to see the employees sitting around doing nothing. I wonder if the store manager is aware that they’re paying the employees to just sit around and not make any orders.
