This place is the absolute worst. I only go if I've been out voted by my family and am already out running errands. I went at 730 on a Friday night (10/11) and there was only 1 other car in line with me and they still forget my sandwich and this was after having me sit and wait for my food for almost 10 minutes. So after having to wait for the food to be brought to me I assumed they would have everything in the bag but when I got home my sandwich was not in the bag. The cheeseburgers were wrong and there was no sauce for the chicken nuggets. To top everything off the woman who answered the phone was very rude about explaining the only way that anything was going to happen either a replacement or a refund was for me to physically go back to the store. This is not the first time this location has forgotten items and I have had enough. McDonald's do better. If you're gonna make me wait for my food only to not have it all in the bag make my refund easier than having to go back. All you should have to do is confirm the card # over the phone. Because now I had to go back out in the rain and waste my gas to get back to the place I've already been to get my money back. Do better!

Every time I come to either of my local McDonald's around 441 in Royal Palm Beach there's always an issue with the food they can never get it right... food portions are getting smaller prices are going up... I have cut back on McDonald's for the last couple of months, their loss...

I got to my friend's house in breakers west and already our food was cold by the time I got there. It's never happened to me when I've gone to the one off of Okeechobee and 441. So disappointed!

"Worst place ever" is an understatement. The employee in the drive-through was disgustingly rude. I've never met a human who acted like this before. It was bad. This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. By A LOT.
Avoid this McDonalds at all cost. Go to the one down the street or skip lunch altogether. That's how bad this experience was.

Worse place ever. Was there at 6:30pm Friday evening. No front counter help so I had to use the kiosk. Confusing, but I finally managed. I only wanted the $5 deal. Should have been easy but it wasn’t. Rang the button for help but no one came. Finally someone came to the counter and a woman ordered about 4 meals. Well, I waited 15 minutes and my meal never came…but hers did. So I complained and mine came out….cold. It had been sitting back there. The only reason I was inside is because I have tried their drivethru and that takes forever. Thought inside would be faster. The whole process took 20 minutes. I told them I was going to write a bad review and one worker said, “please do!” Guess management just doesn’t care. Avoid this place.
