Racist workers & managers. Avoid this location until they have new management. Last week my breakfast order- steak & bagel was completely cold. I came back during lunch and the manager refunded me as I don’t eat McDonald’s lunch. This morning I came against my better judgement and ordered a sausage, egg & cheese McMuffin. however the screen in the drive through was incorrect with a sausage biscuit meal and I told the young lady. She said “don’t worry about it, they’ll fix it up front.” I drove to the front window and they handed me the incorrect order (the one on the screen). I told them and they handed me different food. Upon getting to work, I realized it was still in fact the wrong order. I called when I realized it. I came back during my lunch and the worker was rude and kept cutting me off. She told me to stand to the side (no one was behind me) and wait on the manager, Amanda, who walked up and said “I’m not giving you a refund. I gave you one last week.” To assume I came in solely for money was unprofessional and asinine. As a manager, your job is to apologize and ask how to make it better. I felt completely disregarded as a paying customer. If you mess up, your job is to fix me. This was not of my fault, Your worker who took the order incorrectly trying to rush for fast ratings should’ve fixed her mistake. I will never return to this location. I’m waiting to hear back from the franchise owner.

Terrible place, they treat people badly, I ordered a hamburger with soda to take away and I saw that the sorbet was missing, I asked for it and they threw it on me along with the sauce that I ordered, this is not professional and it looks very ugly, I will not return to this place more, and to finish when I go to eat my hamburger a hair in the hamburger bag

This is the third time I’ve used their drive thru services. All 3 times have been terrible. Long wait times for simple orders, wrong food handed to me. I understand this is fast food, but McDonald’s should be training their employees with more care. Will never return and recommend you avoid.

Look at the older photos. Remember the prices from just 5 years ago. Get mad. Stop going to McDonald's, or any place that jacked up their prices. Force them to come back down if they want to stay open. They're making record profits and that won't change if nobody stops them.

I ordered the chicken sandwich with extra pickle for my daughter. When picking up the order drive up, I checked the pickle count and seemed like a normal amount, not extra. I asked for a few more pickles, she said sure. I continued to wait for a while in my car before giving up and going inside. I had a far too long of discussion with who seemed like a manager about getting a few extra pickles. She finally agreed to get them. I'm guessing pickles are the product with the largest margin? I can't figure out why they are so valuable they either ghost you if asking for extra more or give you a hard time about getting more. Other than that, the app ordering and and drive up experience was nice.

Customer service skills are very unprofessional managers very disrespectful and I feel like they're Discriminating or prejudice I was simply sitting here minding my business and they were looking at me disrespectful as I sat and called for a ride being That I was stranded with no way to contact anyone. One of the workers then walked over laughing while tossing 2 Quarters On The Table and Called The Police I do not recommend Service here

the workers were great the female manager was not nice did not seem to understand English so I spoke in Spanish and she finally gave me the cream for coffee I said thank you she said nothing and just seemed rude. owner of this Mcdonald reevaluate your manager. My how Mcdonald changed since I was an assistant manager years ago no politeness they get paid more but sloppy and some don't care. well I know this comment will be ignored by owner.

Honestly I don’t know if they just don’t like me or I’m getting punk almost EVERYTIME I come here they mess up on my order very simple order no pickles no cheese why do I have onion and mayonnaise on my burger and I can’t go back cause of my break is only 30 mins so most of the time I buy food and have to throw it away cause it’s not what I’m ordered DO BETTER !
