Ordered through their app at 10:11am for breakfast. Order went through shortly after I got a message that it was confirmed. Then my driver said they cancelled my order bc breakfast was over but i ordered before the time breakfast ended. They didn’t confirm my order before the time breakfast is said to be over. So they took my money and I have no food now

Worse customer service I've ever experienced. I watched my food sit on their back counter for 10 minutes while countless employees walked by and ignored myself and all other customers. My food is now cold, and my lunch break is over. I ordered ahead for this, there is zero management or customer service at this location at all.

It’s spacious and lively Do not order inside No one is attending the register and The order will take forever. They prioritize drive thru and DoorDash, so even if you are dining in, get it at drive thru first. Other than that it’s a good location.

Horrible. I spent money there I got the wrong order. What I received was cold and burnt as if it were sitting out for hours and I didn't even get what I ordered. I contacted the store nobody answers the phone I contacted corporate they refused to do anything. I suggest everybody boycott McDonald's they obviously don't give a crap about their customers. Then again I should have learned my lesson knowing that McDonald's has had numerous lawsuits against them. They serve inedible food constantly from what I understand they're rude very unclean. Please everybody boycott McDonald's Go to Wendy's or someplace else like that. This McDonald's is horrible from what they did to me. It is a big shame I spend so much money there and the food was not what I ordered and it couldn't even be eaten and they refuse to do anything it's amazing how McDonald's does not give a crap about anything but themselves
