Visited with my 3 grandchildren. Only option is to order at a kiosk. At front counter, no one responded when asking about our order which finally arrived 20 minutes later. I blame owner/corporate for not having sufficient staff. It is only the new Chik Fil A across the street in the future!

Terrible terrible. Drive thru takes your order, takes your money, then asks you to park and wait. I parked for over 20 minutes. They had MANY cars parked everywhere. Obviously they cannot keep up with the orders. I Went back inside and gave them their soda back and asked for my money back. Never again will I go there.

Ran out of BBQ sauce and didnt tell anyone until asked also on the same order sold my pregnant sister mold on her sandwich. Whoever made this sandwich had to have seen the mold on top of the bread. 9 out of 10 times I go to this location there is always something wrong with my order. The least the workers can do there is acknowledge customers when they are waiting in the front and communicate when you run out of something. Teach your employees what mold looks like before you get someone sick and get sued. Look at the photo I added you can clearly see the mold. This is a management issue and needs to be addressed immediately
