I’m extremely disappointed with the service tonight. I placed an order around 1:00 a.m., and it arrived nearly two hours late—freezing cold, incomplete, and incorrect. Despite clearly stating no cheese due to a dairy allergy, the food still contained cheese. This has happened repeatedly with this location.

What makes it worse is that my food was held for well over an hour, yet still handed over incorrectly. At that time of night, when the restaurant is not busy, this level of negligence is outrageous and shows a complete lack of care or respect for customers’ time and safety.

This ongoing pattern is unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate, as these issues need to be addressed immediately.

Staff is rude as helll as they sell you food that they advertise but don’t have. Then when you ask about it they treat you like you’re crazy.

What can you say. It's McDonald's food. The same as most locations. This is a recently remodeled store and looks newer. The location on Palm Beach Lakes Blvd near Congress is convenient and the older facility has been there for decades. Mostly I get take out from the drive up or from inside.

The food is horrible even by McDonald’s standards. I can deal with cold stale food when there’s nothing else; But the service and overall atmosphere is top 3 worst I’ve ever seen.
Last time I went there, they were so aggressive and disrespectful I just drive off mid order.

I love this location. they get the orders correct more often than other locations, and seem to have a good team which means they prob have good management.
as we all know, portions seemed to decrease after 2020....meaning I stopped getting their chicken sandwich because the portion is now a joke and once I got a half cooked/hard in the center chicken piece which was gross.
the mcchicken is now my go to chicken sandwich, and the nuggets are OK.
my ONLY complaint is when I ask for / select TEN ketchup packets in the app, they will give me 8 at most. IF YOURE NOT GOING TO COUNT THEM, THEN ERR ON THE SIDE OF GIVING MORE....NOT LESS.
I need that amount of ketchup if I'm getting a large fry and sandwiches.and ten is the max the app allows.

My husband placed an order today Saturday november 8th,2025 at 9:07am. he left the house at 9:20am. He made it to mcdonald drive thru at 9:27am. They had him parked and served everyone else. Now that doesnt make no sense. The drive thru suppose to have the food ready to go. That is what really got me thinking. Then the food was cold. Like really. This is why i stop going to mcdonald on palm beach lakes. My spouse just wanted to be romantic . I guess. But never again.

Renovated differently from last time I was there (nice) and cool place. They're pretty much sold out of all Monopoly pieces except Filet O Fish and 10 piece Chicken McNuggets.

The food was very hot and fresh. I am upset at the fact that I actually am collecting the monopoly pieces. I was stolen 6 opportunities. I actually play the game and keep the pieces. Here is proof that they didn’t have no more at this location. The other box was from a different location.

Specifically said no onions … “ no onions? Sure, we’ll even put extra on it and do a messy job to where the onions fall out of the wrap when you open it”… not even surprised.

I BEG YOU ! Don’t waist your time coming here late night !! save your gas, time, hunger and patience because your DEFINITELY going to save your money ! Their system is always down and if you’re lucky enough, only one thing isn’t working in the restaurant that’s needed to complete your order 😂 ! FOUR midnights Straight (as well as past experiences) and their system is down ! I’m saying that being nice because this is the closest McDonalds near my house so I have no choice but to test my luck 😂 But come morning time everything is up and running. (UPDATE YOUR HOURS McDonald’s OF 1720 PALM BEACH LAKES BLVD WEST PALM BEACH FL 33401) Either that or Id rather you tell me you don’t want to make money tonight or just put a CLOSED SIGN UP AND CHANGE YOUR HOURS ONLINE !!!! go to Okeechobee blvd. That’s your best and closest bet! Honestly they never failed me YET ! The extra 2 minute drive is always worth it ! Thank me later !!!!

Brits on our way from Miami to Orlando. This was a quick stop for lunch. Food was hot and fresh. Such a rarity in England. Such a tidy restaurant. Thank you so much keep it up!
