The frappe I got was watered before I got it extra light caramel and not even filled up they just throw the food together and it comes out messy they gotta do better than this give us what we pay for?

My order is complete wrong I had 2 cheeseburgers no onion and 2 spicy mchickens and I had onions on my cheeseburger I’m allergic so I couldn’t eat them I didn’t receive my 2 spicy sandwich and they gave me a fish sandwich I didn’t even order I called the location and no answer and I was literally the only person in the drive thru

The food and coffee was HORRIBLE THIS MORNING! They didn’t put the hasbrowns in the bag… no cream or hazelnut in the coffee… didn’t have time to go complain, people have things to do. The screen can be right but somebody will still mess it up… ?

I came like a 4:30 am and the stuff told me that the store was closed and I asked them at what time they will open with no answer at all. I looked on the internet and says that they are supposed to be open. Really bad customer service

I ordered small caramels frappe , small fry and 2 chocolate cookies. I seen the fry cook touch the trash can and then touch the fries which is very disgusting.. I told the manager about it and she went and talked to him but he still didn’t wash his hands nor change his gloves. So when I said something they tried to say that I was wrong when I seen it with my own eyes. They can check the camera around 515pm-530pm on Friday April 12th .

I've had to give this McDonald's a low rating because every time I swing by after my overnight shift around 2:30 am, they're closed! It's so frustrating because the app says they're open until 4 am, but when I get there, they're shut tight. And don't even get me started on the times I've placed an order on the app, only to show up and hear, 'Sorry, we're closed due to system issues.' Seriously, why does this McDonald's seem to have perpetual 'maintenance problems'? It's not fair that the one on Okeechobee and North Military doesn't have these issues. I would go is wasn’t already have asleep in the drive thru! I've had enough this location lack of management and adherence to thier own hours and I'm taking this up with corporate!

Worst customer service ever (according to the other reviews that's the general consensus)! Extremely rude employee taking orders in the drive thru lane last night at2:36am on 3-11-24, she was mocking our voices and asked if we always talk like that and said good lord and saying things under her breath while all we were doing was just simply ordering our food. Whoever this was should be fired, we will never be coming back to 1720 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd ever again, this was the first and last time. We were only served disrespect and had to leave because we felt uncomfortable and didn't trust them making the food after she said all that. We're done!
