Since the recent remodel of this location to the double drive through lanes, it is usually utter chaos. These people need some training!! Half of the time I've been since it re-opened, something in my order is wrong

This was probably the most displeasing aesthetic I've ever seen. The restaurant gives vibes of a corporate daycare. And, in addition, you're telling me they can't invest in larger bathrooms? Sad - the toilet is high-tech, but there's no way to flush after you do your business and it auto-flushes from the sensor only - which is not a functional toilet.The kitchen looks good and clean. Not sure why I was advised to use the kiosk when I'm clearly standing and waiting in front of the register. Strangeness.

We pulled up through drive through and I got so disgusted with the customer service I did not order. 1 family member ordered and the girl taking order was so rude. No thank you nothing, we pull up to window to pay and girl just have the total we said thank you she just looked at us AGAIN no thank you, we asked her a question and she did not talk just answered with a sound. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE??? Who’s the manager?? Who’s training these employees??? No one should get that treatment!!!So sad.
Bad visit as the app wouldn't allow me to place an order. Tried four times and was told to order in person. The discount was lost due to the apps failure.

INCREDIBLE DINIG EXPERIENCE! They brought me the food to the table, asked if I needed anything else, and picked my tray. Of course I tipped the nice girl Betyna who was sooo nice. She did the same with other customers.Nice change! Im sure it will attract customers.

This is the worst McDonald’s ive ever been to. First of all i was ignored waiting in line up front to use the bathroom after i ordered food. The women looked at me in the face and walked away like she didnt see me. Not once but 3 times… they ignore the front and only focus on drive thru wants you to place orders using the self place order one. I have cash, these people are so rude here to people who need to place orders on the front. When i got my food… the chicken sandwich i got burned my mouth bad. As soon as i bit into it all the hot oil burned my mouth, they didnt even let the chicken cook for the full amount of time the texture was disgusting. I work in fast food too this is not how you do it. I need my refund for my food burning my mouth. I asked for a refund on the two sandwiches that was covered in oil and undercooked. She said no.

The customer service was terrible, it seems that there is no manager who puts order to his workers. I asked for mayonnaise and ketchup and basically I threw it in my face because I was busy on my cell phone. I waited a long time to get the attention of the person in front of the counter.
