Wow. Over 5 minutes wait time in the drive through, just to wait for a lukewarm breakfast sandwich. The biscuit was dry, the egg was barely dry and the bacon was not fresh. The hashbrown was at least hot. No napkins. That's annoying. Worst McDonald's ever.

Honest Reviewer

I'm not one to complain and I usually let stuff go, but staff got order wrong 3 times. Lied about remaking and put the original bag in the new bag. Saw my Muslim wife and put Ham on her Egg and Cheese muffin the 2nd time. I went in the store and respectfully requested a full refend showing the order the 3rd time. The manager came and only said he'd do a partial refund. He or his staff did not care about their quality of service, but decided it would be okay to lie and say they remade the order when they didn't, then proceeded with being racist and throwing ham on my Muslim Wife's egg and cheese which was already cold. I traveled there 3 times. The second time when I went in I heard the lady say to the person making the order it was supposed to be an egg and cheese. So I assumed they got it right and didn't check my order until I got home again, thinking I would be respected. I was wrong and my Wife and I opened it up and it was the same cold meal with ham slapped on. I had been nothing but polite, firm, and respectful until I had to go in the 3rd time, which I still was, until the manager showed me disrespect and disrespected me and my wife by allowing these actions to be tolerated and saw a problem with giving me a full refund. I explained to him the situtation and he didn't care, and I even saw his facial expression change because he was liking the stress I was receiving from being discriminated. He took enjoyment and tried to get a rise out of me. My wife and I did not deserve this treatment and we are floating a lawsuit.

I use drive thru mostly between 12am and 5am every week. Always order at least 20$ worth of sandwiches/fries/nuggets. Now for 20pc comes with 3 sauces, but clearly it's not enough when you try dipping you get may be 3-4 nuggets per sauce. I usually ask for 2-3 extra to have enough for the food I order. This time the big latin woman to old me I need to pay 60 cents to get 3 more sauces, so I asked for refund. Instead of making a sale this location preferred to take back food that will not be sold again and keep their sauces for themselves. This is hilarious. Never again at this location.

Today, I went to McDonald’s and asked if they could add caramel drizzle to my milkshake. I’ve always been able to do this at any location, and they typically just charge me an extra $0.35. However, when I requested it this time, the employee, Brenda, told me there was no option to add caramel. I explained that I had gotten it just two days ago at the same location, and I regularly do this at other McDonald’s, but she insisted it wasn’t possible. She was very rude and had an attitude throughout the exchange, which I found unacceptable. In the end, she didn’t add the caramel, despite my request and explanation. She also told me her name was Brenda

Whoever put that non English speaker during night shift is going to make the business fail, hopefully soon. There is a difference between sauce assault and asking for an extra two to compliment a large order. This location lost its appeal due to abuse of dumb policies put down by corporate. Good riddance. Gave business to local grocery store instead.
