Absolutely incredible experience at MILOS. The space is beautiful, with potted rosemary and fresh herbs throughout. They bring microgreen oregano to the table to snip into extra-virgin olive oil imported directly from Greece. The Greek tomato and feta salad was perfect, and the olives and oil were unmatched. The fresh fish was the best I’ve ever had, and the Greek wine was excellent. Our server, Ifigeneia, was knowledgeable, warm, and timed everything perfectly. Highly recommend… but selfishly hope it stays a secret so I can always get a table.
The space is pretty. The food is way over priced.
Dined at Milos in West Palm and the service was amazing!! Our server was very knowledgeable and the server assistant was super attentive!! We had the hamachi yellowtail to start and the greek salad and it was very flavorful! The dressing was so delish!!! The martinis were on point! We also had the lobster pasta which contained huge chunks of lobster meat and it was so filling along with a brazino open fish filet with capers. Chefs kiss for sure!!! We finished our meal with two cappuccinos and allowed our server to pick our dessert and it tasted like a flaky cream filled turnover! It was delightfully delicious. Kudos to this new spot in West Palm we’ll definitely be back!
Great food, amazing interior, friendly service. Would be a four or five star review if it would not be SO OVERPRICED (even by Palm Beach standards ... and this restaurant is not in Palm Beach but in an office building in West Palm)! That brings it down to a 2 star review.
My friends and I had the pleasure to dine at Milos this past weekend. The experience was nothing short of absolutely incredible. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the host team, and then promptly seated at a comfortable table.
Cheyenne and Georgia looked after us. Their service was quite attentive, but never intrusive. Cheyenne helped curate a multi-course menu for us, while Georgia made sure that we were always enjoying ourselves. Georgia also suggested some very clever wine pairings and dessert recommendations. It really felt like a masterclass in elite level hospitality.
For the food, everything was fresh, looked appetizing, but most importantly, tasted amazing. I would recommend the lobster pasta, which was infused with a spicy lobster bisque sauce and finished with generous portions of fresh lobster meat. The lamb chops and ribeye steak were both prime grade meats, tender, and ultimately just melted in your mouth. The portions were large and we were quite full after the entrees. However, I would highly suggest you save room for dessert(s).
Special thank you to the manager, Paris, as he was quite friendly, warm, and inviting from the moment we entered the restaurant all the way until the moment that we left. We will be back soon.
the best lobster pasta
A great experience overall !
Great atmosphere!
The food is “stunt food” with high price tags and low service. Great ideas but just unfinished dishes. Seasoning was lacking throughout and their dishes were bland in composition as well. Masquerading as “delicate” flavors, they seem to be riding their ambiance and the idea that high price = high quality.
Every dish is found better elsewhere and you could go anywhere in Palm Beach County and find better service. Our dinner almost hit 4 hours as everything was late. But if you like to talk about how much you paid for dinner and want to be seen - this is your place.
