Stopped by tonight for oysters, cappuccino, and some fresh fruit. This restaurant is beautiful and the service all the way around was fantastic from the bartenders to the GM. Milos is a top notch dinning experience in the Palm Beach area and is definitely one of the top 4 or 5 restaurants to visit. I'd highly recommend a meal here!

My first time going to this restaurant, we loved the good and service. Suggestion, to have better access to Valet Parking.

The food and service were exceptional. We were fortunate enough to have Kosta as our waiter. He suggested the lamb chops, the grilled shrimp and fresh fish. All were prepared perfectly. It was a true Greek experience sitting at his table. Every staff member from the buss boy to the general manager, couldn’t have been any more accommodating. If you get a chance to dine here, Don’t pass it up. We will definitely come back

I’ve been to Milos in New York many times and decided to try their new location in West Palm Beach with my wife. The restaurant decor and ambiance are very much in line with the Milos brand—open, elegant, modern, and inviting.
We were greeted politely by the hostess, though I was hoping for a warmer welcome. She simply escorted us to our table without much engagement. From there, we were attended to by several staff members, including a sommelier who helped us select wine and checked in a few times throughout the meal. The staff was plentiful—managers, head waiters, and waiters—but at times the service felt less attentive than expected. For example, our waiter passed by often with a smile, but didn’t notice when our wine glasses were empty.
The food itself was excellent. From the fresh salad to the perfectly cooked fish, everything was delicious and of high quality. That said, the table for two felt small and crowded, especially given the large plates—at times it felt like the fish were almost in our laps. Also, while the restaurant is beautiful, they should make it clearer to guests where the valet parking is located. You arrive at the entrance, but then have to drive three to four blocks away to hand off your car, which isn’t ideal.
Overall, it’s a stylish space with great food, but the service could be more attentive, the table setup more comfortable, and the pricing feels high for the experience. I would return, but it won’t be my first choice for dinner in the area.

Valet is a nightmare you may as well uber. The food was bland and many dishes were under seasoned. Service staff was disinterested and subpar for the most part. Had to flag down a manager to place our first drink order after waiting over 20 min, similar wait to place food order. Bummer experience for our first time there will not be returning, would rather spend the money on the island.

Good food but unreasonably expensive. Glass of red House wine is $31. They are not Michelin star restaurant.

Milos West Palm Beach really impressed us. Service set the tone right away—our waiter was warm, thoughtful, and on point the entire night. The decor is beautiful and creates such a relaxed, polished vibe. Most importantly, the food tasted incredibly fresh and was delicious from start to finish. Highly recommend for a date night, celebration, or an easy night out with friends.

Dinner at the glittery and upscale Estratorio Milos is a special experience. Food is world class, the rooms are beautiful, greeting was charming.
The disappointing part was service which was slow, disinterested and altogether too pleased with itself for its own good.
We dined (this time) on the Flavor South Florida menu, which is great value, albeit smaller portions.
But the distinct difference in how we were treated compared to our previous visit was like night and day.
All our food was placed incorrectly requiring multiple plate swaps each course, our olive oil was removed while we were still eating our bread, napkins weren’t refreshed when ladies visited the powder room, we were pressed to order dessert when we ordered our appetisers(!) and we weren’t even offered the option of coffee or an aperitif, just given the check.
None of that happened at adjoining tables on the full price menu.
If the point of such tasting promotions is to encourage new patrons, then this is a spectacular fail from the serving staff here. Not so the kitchen: the food remains superb and is well worth returning for.
The serving staff here badly need to get over themselves.

Dining at Milo’s is a transcendent experience equivalent to that of Greek mythology herself. The tzatziki is worthy of a feast upon Mount Olympus. The lavish texture cradles the palate as if floating upon a cloud spun by Zeus. The lamb chops, masterfully rendered, embody the essence of Hellenic perfection: so tender and noble that one becomes, if only for a split moment, a contemplative Aristotle, perceiving virtue in every savory bite. Should any concern arise, Milo’s attentive service acts as a wise council, deftly resolving each matter as if Minerva herself presided over your meal. Julian, the spirited steward of Milo’s gastronomy, glows with Socratic passion and Platonic wisdom; his eloquence and understanding elevate every interaction to a symposium of learning, making the very act of dining an exploration worthy of the ancients. Thank you to the staff and service, you are setting the bar for Palm Beach.

Had a rather lack luster experience here for a birthday celebration. We were reminded many times that there was a time limit on our table. The 5 person table was very small and barely had room for our drinks, plates and appetizers. The waitress spilled a glass of water on me and didnt apologize. The dinner felt rushed and chaotic. Also it is very strange it is in like an office building setting. Wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be returning.

Excellent food and service, highly recommended. Petros was an excellent host and took great care of us. The fish was super fresh and tasty. The Greek salad excellent tomatoes. Nice atmosphere and quiet for conversation despite the fact that most tables had guests. The low ratings are misleading.
