Evening started off poorly. We sat for more than 40 mins with only bread delivered to the table. Everyone else around us were being served and checked on regularly. After we got Charlie, the manager, he assigned Max. Max's service and attention to our needs redeemed the evening and earned Morton's the 5 stars. We plan to give them one more try to see if they can earn a full 5 star review.

The service was top tier. Thomas was absolutely outstanding and very attentive. To top it off the food was amazing.

We decided to eat at the bar to watch the Olympics. The bartenders were very polite and kind but not attentive. They appeared to be more concerned about cleaning than attending to the clients at the bar. The initial order was incorrect so they brought the steak back including the lobster tails. Once the correct steak arrived the tails came out cold. When i received the bill they had charged me 2x for the tails. They suggested I had the large tails which I didn't. The bill was corrected and then they applied a 20% tip, which I found interesting. The food was good the service was marginal at best. I'm hoping it was just an off night.

My wife and I are steak lovers. Wherever we travel, Canada, USA, or abroad, she scouts out the best steakhouse. She likes filet and I like boneless ribeye or a sirloin baseball cut. There is a saying, "You get what you pay for", and that is true of Morton's. This was our second visit to Morton's, West Palm Beach. I joined Landry's rewards at the first visit. Last night, before leaving, we made reservations for a booth with Pedro, as our Chef de Rang, whose recommendations, service, and memory are impeccable. When? St. Patrick's Day and Easter. My only ambivalence is background noise. It is loud, which the survey misleadingly calls "energetic". Actually, it lends itself to intimacy, because if it were too quiet, you would inevitably be eves dropping on the adjacent booths or tables. BOTTOM LINE: Morton's West Palm, second to none!!!

We dined here 3 nights ago to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and left very disappointed, especially for a high-end steakhouse with such a strong reputation. We had a 7PM reservation but weren’t seated until about 7:30 PM. Service felt rushed and unwelcoming from the start. Our server did not explain menu items, steak sizes, or preparations, and rarely checked on our table. He also didn’t ask about toppings, doneness satisfaction, or how our meal was overall — which is basic service at this level. Both steaks were underwhelming. One was not cooked as ordered, and both lacked flavor. We eventually felt uncomfortable continuing to speak up.
What made it worse was feeling like we were treated differently from other tables around us. As minorities, that feeling is hard to ignore — especially on what was supposed to be a special birthday dinner.I did speak with a manager onsite and received a $50 credit, which I appreciate, but it didn’t address the overall experience. I also submitted a complaint and have yet to hear from the owner or GM. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the service and quality did not match the restaurant’s reputation.

We were honestly a bit underwhelmed by Morton’s Steakhouse, especially given the price point. The tomahawk steak was excellent—flavorful, well-cooked, and easily the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the sides didn’t live up to expectations. The Parmesan truffle fries were bland and lacked flavor, making them hard to justify at that cost. The Brussels sprouts were just okay—nothing memorable, and honestly, the ones at Food Shack blow them out of the water.

The drinks were solid: my wife enjoyed a watermelon martini, and my smoked Old Fashioned was well done.

Service was great—everyone was friendly, attentive, and helpful—but even with that, we probably wouldn’t return. Overall, it felt overpriced for food that was mostly just okay.

Amazing food. Annette was so attentive, personable, and sweet. Charlie the manager checked in with us as well. They even treated us special for our Anniversary. The Ahi Tuna was on point. Everything was delicious. Loved their bread. Will definitely tell our friends.

Generally eat at Mortons 3 times a season. This was one of the best meals we have ever experienced. Steak was perfectly cooked and tasted great. Service was wonderful. Could not ask for anything better.

Not bad but expected better. The tomahawk steak was amazing but the truffle Parmesan fries and brussel sprouts were bland, ha no flavor to them. For the price we paid we expected better. Drinks were good and service was great.

WPB Morton’s - Extremely Disappointed

We have been going Morton’s for over 20 years all over the US. We made the drive south to visit the WPB location expecting the same quality experience and left saying we would never return. We sat at the bar and felt something was off from the beginning as our bartender took forever to cash out the group that had finished their meals for over 15 minutes. After they left we took their seats and waited for our order to be taken. The food took way too long to be served and it was evident that it sat for a bit before we finally received it ….wasn’t the right temp. The bar staff seemed more worried about loading the dishwasher, clearing empty tables and chatting than attending to their bar customers. Literally every person seated to our left and right had issues with their food or getting served.

I don’t take writing negative reviews lightly, but hopefully this will “wake up” management to demand a higher level of service that Morton’s has historically delivered. We will not return, many options that take fine dining seriously!

Overall the food was okay and service was not good at all. We went at 8:15 and the food was slow to come out and they were not busy at all. The service was very slow and every time we had to ask for refills on our drinks even though our waiter would walk past and look at our table every time. We order the oysters Rockefeller, Wagyu meatballs, and Wagyu dumplings for appetizers. The wagyu dumplings were by far the best, the meatballs were a little overcooked and dry, and the oyster Rockefeller we hardly ate because the toppings were so overpowering. We also got the lobster bisque inside Caesar salad. The lobster bisque was very good and so was a Caesar salad salad. For our entrées we got the Wagyu ravioli stroganoff, chicken Christopher entrée, and also the 14 oz dry aged ribeye. The chicken Christopher is nothing to write home about. The sauce was not that great and the chicken was okay. The Wagyu ravioli stroganoff was good, not your typical stroganoff sauce. My dry aged ribeye was cooked well but not seasoned very well. Overall the food wasn't terrible but for the price there are way better options in the area. Kind of makes sense why it was slow at 8 o'clock on a Friday night. Makes me sad because I used to love Morton's years ago.

I visited this location yesterday evening and was seated at the bar. While the food and atmosphere were great, I was disappointed by my initial experience with service.

Upon sitting at the bar, I was told by a female bartender with blonde hair that she was too busy to assist me at the moment, and I waited without acknowledgment. Shortly after, a group of guests arrived and received immediate, friendly, attentive service. During this time, my presence was spoken about as if I were not sitting there.

At one point, the bartender suggested that she could “make me move my bag” so other guests could sit down. This was said while I was seated there and had been waiting for service, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. A simple, polite request would have been sufficient. I did correct her on her poor choice of words and lack of customer service towards me.

Thankfully, Jordan, another bartender, stepped in and provided excellent service. He was attentive, kind, and professional, and completely changed the direction of my experience. He deserves recognition for his customer service.

What stood out most was that other guest, noticed the difference in treatment as well and were kind enough to offer me a drink—something that should have been handled by staff, not guests.

I understand that servers may sometimes prioritize guests they believe will tip more, but every customer who enters an establishment is spending money and deserves equal respect and courtesy. I did share this feedback with management, as I hope this is addressed moving forward.

Overall, the food was great, but consistent and respectful service should be standard for everyone.

My husband took me on a date night and I had a great time. I ordered the Cajun Ribeye 16oz steak and the flavor was FANTASTIC! My husband ordered the crab cakes. When I arrived the hostess was friendly and I was immediately seated when I went on a Saturday evening at 8:15pm. I had not been to Morton's in over 10 years and they did not disappoint at all! Our waitress recommended the Cajun streak- it was the BEST! I also ordered the au gratin potatoes and shared with my husband - DELICIOUS! I will definitely recommend and return.
