this was not the morton's of the past.... the filet was dry and overcooked and the spinach and mushrooms was so salty we couldn't eat it.... even the bread was not great! i was so disappointed.
Reserved for wife's birthday, service slow, inattentive, no special treatment (dessert) for our table. Table next to us received dessert with candle. Waiter poured second bottle of wine into glasses still filled with first bottle. Had to request red wine glasses be brought to table. Long waits between courses. Very disappointing evening overall.
You need to live upto your expectations....i am only saying this as an food industry person. The server was not experienced and therefore cannot provide the dining expectation regarding the menu or the wine list let alone the needs of our guests.
We had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly. The manager came and asked us if everything is okay. The steak was excellent. The sides were very tasty. The service was great. Noise level was non existent. It's a great place to go for a celebration.
Having dined at Morton's many times over the years we were disappointed for a number of reasons. 1. The waiter/waitress presentation of the menu with a display of offerings appears to be no longer a tradition. That always added to the ambiance and uniquness of the meal. 2. The soufflés were disappointing as well. They are considerably smaller and not of the same quality. 3. Our waitress was not nearly as qualified and adept in her skills as I would have expected from past experiences. She did tell us that she was relatively now as she was unsure if they had Prosecco by the bottle or not and had to check. Not sure she knew what Prosecco was actually. She was also not engaging, not unpleasant but not pleasant and when she served the soufflés, she displaced half of the top of the soufflé onto the plate when preparing to pour the sauce into the soufflé. The appetizers, entrees and sides were very tasty and enjoyable as we expected. Perhaps it was just an off night in some respects for the restaurant. We have had so many good experiences that we will surely go back again and one bad experience is not a pattern but I will say that this time was not our best experience.
It is always a nice experience when dining at Morton's. On Easter Sunday, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that the restaurant offered a special. My wife and I each had a salad, 6 ounce filet, lobster take and desert for $79 each. Even with bottled water, wine and coffee the bill was reasonable. The food was prepared as requested. We had a nice evening and highly recommend the restaurant.
We both had 8oz lobster tail. It was delicious, but undercooked. We love sushi, so we got through it. I'll make sure to request cooked, next time.
My lobster tail arrived under cooked but the manager immediately took it back to be fixed and returned it quickly correctly done. Sadly no offer of compensation like a few dollars off or a drink or desert was offered. I specifically asked for a table “ not “ in the middle of the room on my reservation but when we were sat that is exactly where they put us. Overall “ ok” but nothing special
Can you have someone from corporate reach out to me.. I want my money back.. I'm not dealing with the incompetence at the location.. that should be a job for people that allow a location to do business like this.. I am getting ready to go public with this and I would rather not.. but to be taken advantage from a place like this is ridiculous... The health dept reached out to us after eating the food.. my son went to the dr a week later because of how sick he was.. they ran tests and he had salmonella poisoning... they hounded us to find out where we ate.. we told them it could be from anywhere.. but I'm pretty sure l know where it came from. Really didn't want to cause a problem for a business but at this point I think it's time to get an atty involved.. we have all the correspondence I have all the medical records and I have the phone number to the agent from the health dept I just want my money back... I think that's fair! Sent pics to Jodi of the uncooked food and never heard back.. I don’t want to leave negative stuff for the public but I have exhausted all avenues … pls have someone from corporate reach out
The attention, service and recommendations provided by our server Annette made all the difference in our dining experience. Nice atmosphere - easy to have a private conversation while enjoying a wonderful glass of wine and filet.

Morton's ruins Thanksgiving. Our four course dinner became a one course dinner. They brought out the turkey and stuffing before they brought out the soup course ,which they gave us the wrong soup,I then had to ask what about our salads they had to be asked 3 times before they brought them out!Turkey was overcooked! Mortons is supposed to be a experience .I had an experience all right. Not what I would have thought from Morton's. I would recommend you don't go to Morton's for Thanksgiving.Horrible, horrible experience!
Food and service was excellent. Went for our anniversary and was a little disappointed they didn't have the printed menu with our anniversary on it nor did they take our picture. It's been a few years since we've been to Morton's and have never been to this location so not sure if this is true of all locations. But dispite that, it was a great evening! Highly recommend!!!
T Waiter brought first drink to my wife bit when she finished her took the glass and never asked if she wanted a refill. My wife ordered a baked potato with only the sour cream on the side of which the waiter asked her 3 times. When it was delivered everything was on the side. Anytime we are at Mortons the waiter always asks if you want the molten lava dessert as it takes 20 minutes. On e we received our entrees we asked the waiter and he advised us no problem. The dishes were collected from dinner and out came the dessert, never asking us if we wanted coffee or tea or another dessert which I always get the berries. I ordered a cappuccino who h finally arrived after my wife was done with her dessert. No a very good first experience, nothing like the service we have previously had.
Loved the “Flavor” menu! The steaks were great and The Grand Seafood Tower was loaded with our favorites (oysters, shrimp, lobster and crabmeat). Please don't ever change that combo!
The manager was beyond impressive , the server the host . You can tell they have a great team ! On the other hand, I must say unfortunately the steak was a complete disaster :( . The manger had it remade and also offered us a new steak , which we accepted and as appreciative as we are , I believe it is not the chef I believe it if just the quality of the steak . Everything else we ate was quite delicious!! I would recommend if you come to eat anything other than steak, It's romantic and you are treated very well.
