Our server, Jordan, was exceptional. Very professional. Had great timing on ordering the food and the lava cake. Food was cooked perfectly, especially filet medium rare and sea bass! Liked the calorie counts on the dishes. It helps to arrange it to your diet.

Visited Morton’s yesterday evening. Everything we ordered was delicious, including the drinks. Our waiter Tobias was wonderful

Overall, the food was mediocre at best. The steaks used to be wonderful and now they're just... okay. The French onion soup is awful. Almost all of our food came out cold. Our server did not ask me if I wanted the 6 or 9 ounce wine pour (6oz is standard so I assumed that I only needed to specify if I wanted the larger) but then just rang in the 9oz to boost up his check. I don't appreciate sneaky servers. At least ask me— I'm sure you could have talked me into it! We never got any bread until we asked. We keep trying to give this place chance after chance, but I think we are finally just done.

I am NOT happy with Morton in West Palm beach, FL. We had dinner there with our neighbor. We asked to split the check. They said they could do only 50/50. Fine. I come to find out two days later, they charged both on MY credit card. When I called, they asked for my neighbor's phone number to get their credit card to charge. Charlie assured me he would call me back as soon as this is done to credit me back. He also said he would "take care of both" of us for this mistake. I find out that same night my neighbor was charged. I get NO phone call back. I call back around 9:30 pm to see why he has not called and I have not seen a credit. Charlie assures me that tomorrow, he would get his done and call me back. It is NOW 9pm. I call and Zev says they are too busy to get Charlie on the phone since it is Valentine's day. Zev says credits take 3 days. I await the next day for Charlie to call me. He calls 5:40 pm on 2/15. I shared the incident and he says what do I expect. I said an apology from Zev at a minimum. Charlies calls back 10 days later to tell me he sees credit and only says he is sorry. Does nothing "special".

I am extremely disappointed with Morton’s. We went for a special occasion for my sisters bday. Our waiter was stressed out and flustered. $19 cocktails were nothing special and poorly garnished. Scallops were flavorless, creamed spinach was just ok. We ordered a little bit of everything and nothing stood out. Worse of all was the tomahawk steak. They completely butchered the steak and cut it up. I didn’t even look big. It was smaller rhan my bone in ribeye but with a bone connected to it . Since my sister ordered it medium, he explained that it may be chard to get it cooked through. Which is fine, but that was not the case. I’m very upset because this was supposed to be special. I do not recommend this place. Bill was 800 for 4 with tip which is no big deal if it was great

We were a party of 6 for Valentines Day. They placed us in the back room which was fine, we were advised we would have 3 servers. Well we ended up with maybe 1/2 of a server had to wait for every drink, had to ask for bread to be given a nasty look by one of the waitresses. Our food took FOREVER!!! Everyone around us that came in after us was seated given drinks bread and food before we even received our drinks!!!! Our sides were cold and our dessert was as well. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR THE PRICE WE SPENT!!!!!!! Very Very disappointed!!

The food was delicious, the bread was warm, the corn souffle yummy, the steak cooked just right, the spinach and mushrooms were flavoured well, and the crab cakes were full of crab meat. The evening there was pleasant and the service was the best. The server checked in on us often and was polite and helpful. Great location too. We can't wait to go back.

I'm sad it was so busy that we had to be ignored and lacked attentive service. It was a very special evening for us and we tried to just remain in the moment. It was hard to notice tables who came after us be served and leave while we still waited for entrées to arrive. Dessert was literally thrown on the table, the little chocolate stick rolled down the cake because it was thrown so hard on the table. My filet was over cooked, the lobster tail incinerated to a tiny little thing and all was cold when it arrived. My boyfriend's steak was warm and cooked properly, we shared his. We had asked for a salad to be split but then said we'd like our own but it was as split. The waiter was too rushed to provide Morton's level of service. We did not require constant drink refills and were ready with our whole order when they finally arrived after being seated realizing they were very busy. The salad was super tasty, we enjoyed the bread that was not over filling, the oysters were amazing. We had a much better experience in Ft. Lauderdale on New Year's Eve which was also a busy night but all went smoothly. I'm sorry the waiter has too much to do to be there for us. He did replace my lobster tail. I'd rather pay more and get more than a 1.5 lb lobsters tail. It was tasty, all 4 bites. Hoping for a better experience in the future.

Venturing into the heart of West Palm Beach for an evening at Morton's Steakhouse feels like stepping into a scene where sophistication meets the unexpected challenge of parking. Gone are the days of the valet, leaving you to duel with the street meters or brave the ominous depths of the nearby parking garage, which is as welcoming as a clown lurking in a storm drain. Back when City Place was my home turf, Morton's was a regular stop for dinner or casual bar bites. Now, living in Delay I tend to visit their Boca Raton sibling. However, it was "up north" I went. Upon arrival, the maître d' greeted me like I was his long-lost cousin, hiding me away in a coveted corner booth with a stalker's view of the dining room--where I had a commanding view of my fellow diners indulging in what can only be described as a carnivore's dream. (A high-five to their beverage menu for featuring non-alcoholic options from Athletic Brewing Company, a discovery made after my server had no clue they even offered NA beer - making me think her knowledge of the beverage menu was as dim as the ambient lighting.) Speaking of my server, imagine the polar opposite of the maître d''s welcoming charm, and there you have it. She oscillated between the demeanor of someone enduring an exceptionally bad day and the frostiness of an unwelcome mother-in-law. Yet, her service was satisfactory. From the "Imma eat way too much of this" onion loaf starter to the dessert everything was good. The steak was cooked to my liking and seasoned well, but it wasn't a steak worthy of the price. I don't think Morton's will ever have the same quality of food it had prior to being bought by Lawry's. I must mention the attire of fellow diners. At a place of Morton's caliber, a semblance of a dress code seems reasonable, yet the spectrum ranged from business casual to shorts and tees. It's a minor quibble, but when I'm paying about $200+ a head, I expect the "overall" experience to live up to the price tag.

We had to wait 40 minutes to be seated after our reserved time. Took more than an hour to be served our main course. For some unknown reason, we couldn't use our gift card to pay for the dinner.

I was very disappointed with my experience there regarding the entree I ordered. The steak and lobster tail portion sizes were small compared to other restaurants I have been to and ordered the same thing. Plus my steak was not cooked the way I ordered it. The side dishes were good and overall our waitress Annette and the rest of the staff were great. I have no complaints with them. In addition my wife's pork chop was rare and had to be sent back. We didn't want to spoil the moment so we withheld complaining but for the money I spent I felt the restaurant was overrated. The steak and my wife pork chops lacked seasoning and tasted very bland. She commented that she had better at other places where we have dined. However I hate to say but I doubt seriously I would be returning. Ruth Cris, Okeechobee Steak House, and Landry's Seafood Restaurants are always on point. Maybe the West Palm Beach location is not like other locations around the country because I have seen videos of your establishment which is why I had high expectations. Regards Cecil Hepburn

The hospitality is always top tier at Morton's. I enjoyed my self tonight. The food was excellent. I always get the lobster macaroni and cheese and prime cajun ribeye it's always amazing, well seasoned and freshly served. They have a new non alcoholic drink with lavender it was amazing and I'm not a lavender person. The sever Jonathan was amazing and well attentive. 10/10 highly recommend!
