We stumbled upon Fresh Wave Bistro while walking to another restaurant, initially just wanting coffee, but this charming café stole the show! The cute, welcoming vibe and tempting breakfast menu convinced us to stay. We ordered the scrambled eggs with toast, the açai cup, and the wave breakfast plate—everything was phenomenal! The açai bowl came with a fun edible spoon, and the presentation of each dish was impeccable. The coffee was a highlight, served with a delightful plate of Biscoff cookies. Delicious food, great atmosphere, and fantastic service. Highly recommend this gem in West Palm Beach!

What kind of café has no milk or regular half and half? This kind. All they had that nasty tasting, to me, International Delight French Vanilla. No milk! The breakfast sandwich was nothing special. The ham is that square processed ham you get in the supermarket; probably Oscar Meyer in the yellow package. See photo. Be prepared to wait a spell after you order.

I have not had anything there except the chicken salad. It was fine tasting but chicken was too chunky and needed salt. Something just wasn't right. I won't order it again. I'll try something different IF I go back.

What an excellent cafe. They greet you with a smile, you can tell they are caring people, the prices are so fair. I was staying at studio 6 nearby and I had a terrible experience there so walking over every morning and being greeted by these ladies who remembered my order always made my mood much better and put a smile on my face! I highly recommend if you’re in the area to checkout this amazing coffee shop and get their coffee or food. They also make their own fresh food. They had samples out one day and they were delicious! I was heading to the airport this morning and the lady ensured to pack my breakfast to takeout without me even asking as she was in tune that I’m ordering an Uber and told her I’m going to the airport. Thank you ❤️

This place is a hidden gem! Sandwiches and coffee are amazing. Grilled chicken sandwich on rye was delicious! Staff is very kind and service was fast.
