Griot very hard and dry I waited an hour and received food that was not eatable

I never write reviews, but this food truck left me no choice by far the best Haitian food in West Palm Beach! Not only did I get a lot of food for my dollars worth, but each bite was just as best and the last one highly recommended will definitely be going again!

I had came bought a red beans with rice on Saturday all I got was a raw rice with a old chicken
The picklise was horrible
I couldn’t even eat it
I spent $20 for the meal
All I got from the owner was okay I’ll call them
And tell them to be more careful
I didn’t get no offer if I want it a refund or any other suggestions
And I am a customer that’s not my first time with them
But surely my last
They don’t care about customer satisfaction

Food was ok but the service was not it, put my order in at 2:20 and it was 3:00pm the food was still not ready, watched people put new orders and got their food, the cook then after 40 minutes come out to tell me they ran out of the ingredients to make my order. Wont be spending my money here ever again

They advertise options as vegan or vegetarian but they came with crab and chicken. I gave it to my friend that eats meat and she said it tasted okay but she wouldn’t ever go there.

Stopped by Nette’s Fresh Fritay & Grille this afternoon, after I heard they had a new menu item, Jerk Chicken. As always, I called ahead so my food would be ready when I arrived. Nette’s Fresh Fritay & Grille is a food truck that has good-tasting Haitian food and full of flavor. This dish did not disappoint; it had its own profile or take on Jerk Chicken. Just to warn you, though, it brings the heat 😆; but that is where the plantains, aka bannann, come in handy, to take the heat off. I enjoyed it, even with the heat. Jerk Chicken with Haitian flair. Good job overall, but for the masses, maybe reduce the heat a bit. See you soon, Nette’s Fresh Fritay & Grille.

They just dont pay attention, i called and told the lasy exactly what i wanted i get to the place 30 mins later she still asking me what i wanted i told her again exactly what i wanted and didnt want i get home wha im allergix to is exactly she put in the bowl i called to explain to her what she did she was arguing… never again
