Probably the best bbq in South Florida. The burnt ends and sausage were excellent. The beef ribs, which they don’t have every weekend, were outstanding. The baby back ribs were a little dry. Quite expensive but worth it.
Was just there for their weekend BBQ truck. Ordered the Angus Burger and Smoked Mac and Cheese.....AMAZING. Burger was juicy and smoky, Mac was cheesy and full of bacon and jalapeños and smoke. I didn't get the guy's name who took my order, but great customer service......and thanks for the hookup!! Next time, I'm checking out the Butcher Shop.
Was in the neighborhood getting an oil change. Stumbled upon this awesome place. Only tried a couple of samples but boy were they delicious. Alex, let me try a sample of brisket and pork belly. The brisket was super tender and didn't fall apart. The pork belly was a little crispy and candied on the outside and oh so moist n juicy on the inside. Alex and Luis were working the food truck. Super friendly guys. They have a few tables and chairs to sit after you grab your barbecue....
