This was by far the best dining experience we have ever had in Florida. We drove up from Port Saint Lucie for an intimate dinner to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday and it was the best choice ever! The restaurant is so welcoming and cozy with old school vibes. We got seated in the bar area and Scotty was our server. He never let our drinks run dry and the table never had any used dishes or silverware left on it. This was our first visit to Okeechobee Steakhouse though I’ve lived here since I was a teenager. Our server, Billy the Kid, rose to the occasion and could not have been better cast as our waiter. Great listener, wonderful eye contact and conversation. He assisted my husband in selecting the perfect wine to accompany his entree. The food was fabulous. Met and exceeded our expectations. We plan to return again with our family.
love this place, billy the kid spoke my language (figuratively) but also he did speak english:)) But truly , couldnt be more pleased tonight by the sensational service, plucky chatter and thoughtful attention to detail. We are new to florida and are feeling quite happy to live here now. Thanks billy and thanks okeechobee. Come here!!!!
