PAELLA UNO is a catering company that provides excellent service and superb, delicious food. The paella is absolutely amazing, with plenty of varied seafood, fabulous chicken and sausage, and the right spices over rice. The presentation is spectacular and top-notch. The chef is excellent, professional, and punctual, running events flawlessly.
The team is very responsive, communicative, accommodating, and flexible. The customer service is beyond great, with staff that is super friendly. They are highly recommended for any business event, party, family gathering, or NYE gathering. Guests absolutely love the food and everyone is happy. The setup and cleanup are seamless, making for an amazing experience with almost no effort. The service level and food are Top Notch, five stars all the way.
