Magnificent little zoo. Nice simple experience but very pleasant visit. I like that the animals are in suitable enclosures and that their needs are respected.Few visitors during the week

Beautiful place to go with the family and enjoy and share a pleasant day, the animals look well cared for and fed ?

Great way to pass the days, be sure to take a water and change of clothes for your littles to play in the fountain! We didn’t pay for any extra interactive activities and still enjoyed ourselves, cafe and gift shops available and strollers friendly. Animals aren’t always super active so sometimes you’re just watching animals lay around but still enjoyable.

Loved it. After many years, we finally went and had a great time. Ideal for kids

This was our first and last time coming to this zoo. We have been to better ones than this place. Overpriced for a small zoo. Hardly saw any animals. Doesn’t look like well kept up. Our daughter wanted to go on the carousel but we were told there that you have to pay for ticket in the front and then you can go on the ride. Think of how many customers you lose who don’t know that rule?! No where up front did it also mention that you purchase tickets for carousel here. The only part our daughter enjoyed was the splash pad. Everything else was disappointing. Honest suggestion: save your money for something better. This place is definitely not worth your time and price.

I've been going here for years. Great Zoo because it's small and well cared for. This trip, I see things changing. Staff is indifferent. Zoo is now dirty. Restaurant food is not fresh. Tastes bad.Loud Hip hop music in the gift shop.I watched Local residents sneaking in without paying.Time to move on. This zoo has run its course.

I'm sitting in the spectacular Mayan garden as I write. What a magnificent place this zoo is! It's a beautiful spark like setting that combines nature and art. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and informative. Thank you to all the donors who made this magical escape possible!

Been to Palm Beach Zoo many times . This time I had family from out of town and we went over the weekend. My husband and I were shocked how dirty and unkept everything was. Was never like this before ! The food and drinks were also outrageously priced !! There are no animals to be seen. Plus, found it cruel that the koala bears never see sunlight I was told by an employee that was there at the time that they stay indoors 24/7 in an enclosure with lights that simulated sunlight . No good !!!! I don’t think I’ll go back again.

It's a zoo.

Possibly one of the most well-structured and presentable zoos my family has been to! We have visited a zoo in eight cities and, while some came close, the Palm Beach Zoo edges them out. There are also plenty of animal encounters available for an extra charge, but you'll be sitting right next to most animals (e.g. probably the panther is not going to be as I just described, but it's one the encounters you can sign up for so who knows!)
