My experience was terrible, I ordered online and when my food was delivered it was missing a soup that actually was kind of pricey, I called the store and they literally play the ball with me, put me on hold for over 20 mins when I asked for a refund, they told me they will call me back and never did, called again just to be put on hold for another 20 mins, for them to tell me I have to call DoorDash for them to give me my money back, I will never order from that place ever again.

I purchased half a sandwich and cup of soup. The sandwich is on regular white bread. One piece of turkey, and the bacon was so hard. I don’t even think it was bacon. For nine dollars I won’t be going back again.

This place is circling the drain and I’m surprised it is still open. It is always empty. They’ve chased away the paying customers. The place is completely rundown and dirty. For some reason all the fruit juice containers have been taken down and placed on the floor like buckets. Employees are hiding somewhere.

This location is extremely slow. On my most recent visit I placed a rapid pick up order. I got an email thay the order was ready but they hadn't even started it when I got there. They really seem disinterested and unorganized here.

I wasn’t feeling well and decided to have soup. I’ve never had Panera’s soup before but I gave it a try. They gave me a $9 bowl of chicken and noodles with NO broth. That’s right soup with no broth, how does a restaurant serve food like this? What type of lazy, worthless employees is this chain hiring? I would recommend going anywhere other than Panera Bread if you’re hungry unless you like to be extremely disappointed!

Unfortunately ordered off the app 3 times in a row. App says food is ready. I get there and food is not ready. Last time I was there it took nearly 25 mins for my food to be made when the app said everything was ready. I understand it is lunch hour however don’t say in the app it’s ready then have people waiting at the store when it’s not. That is the point of the app. I won’t be visiting this location for a while because of this. I will go somewhere else for lunch. Hopefully this location gets itself together.
