Despite being highly recommended by various individuals, my experience at this place was quite disappointing. I had high expectations, but upon trying the morning pita bread, I found it to be lacking in flavor, dry, and poorly presented. There is certainly room for improvement in this aspect. However, I must acknowledge that the staff was friendly and the service was prompt, which was a positive aspect of the visit.

The food is Amazing! Cannot say enough good things about it. Ordered a catering platter and they were extremely flexible with me and helped create a custom order that was perfect for my needs. Their customer service is unmatched by ANYONE in the West Palm area. Stop by for breakfast or lunch and you will never be disappointed.

Chef Hélène makes the best croissants in Palm Beach County. All of her sandwiches are delicious and made with care, and her staff is friendly.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Chef Helene is a skilled magician in kitchen; the food was outstanding. A+ cappuccino, and it’s in a prime location to top it off. Don’t hesitate to come here.

Had one of the best salads I ever had last week at this small restaurant. I don't eat many salads especially if they have an oil or vinegar based dressing but this one was delicious! It is called a Hot Goat Cheese Salad and I wish I could eat it every day! And what made it even better it came with this sliced baguette lightly toasted with melted goat cheese thinly sliced onions and thinly sliced pears on top. It was heavenly! Great service too!

**I did not have food** but the latte is worth 5 stars! I got the salted caramel with almond milk - regular size. Service was prompt and the latte was brought out to me. I sat outside at one of the bistro- type tables. The inside is small, but does have a cute little bar top with stools facing the window. The latte had great flavor. You do have the option of adding sugar (which she asked while prepping it) I did not add any. I honestly don’t think it needs it, unless you prefer really sweet coffee/ lattes. All in all - great experience!

these guys make the pre-packaged sandwiches at PBI airport, and honestly they are the best thing about PBI airport, trust me. bread wayyyy too fresh for an airport. its so good, that they should take over concessions at FLL airport, where flavor, and hope, goes to die.

We ordered two paninis, and had a long wait for them, and when they arrived, one was not pressed. We were a little annoyed. Once we were all set, the sandwiches ended up being absolutely delicious. While we were eating them, the owner came out and apologized for the delay. She gave us a plate with some of the lightest, fluffiest, melt-in-your-mouth cream puffs we've ever tasted. A+ for Paneterie!!!!

Staff is very welcoming and friendly and I always look forward to coming here in the afternoons. I highly recommend the cheese panini, salted caramel latte, and their cream puffs, they’re amazing!! I had a delicious Mediterranean Chicken panini and my spouse had an equally nice ham Parisian panini while sitting outside and enjoying the weather and the view. Delicious coffee and very friendly staff too!

Lovely touch of France on Clematis St. We had delicious paninis and coffee served by very pleasant staff. We didn't have any of the beautiful desserts, but we will next time!

Absolutely Terrible. The young girl asked me what wanted. Told her a Mochaccino with almond milk. Pretty standard order. She scowled and proceeded to make me one of the worst cups I’ve ever had. Extremely unpleasant demeanor. When I went to pay I waited to get my card back. She went about her business as if I didn’t exist. I’m standing there waiting, finally I had to ask her for my card back she scowled and pointed to the other end of the counter from where I couldn’t see it and said,”it’s right there.” Why aren’t you handing the cards back to your customer like a normal human being? Are you just a miserable person who has no business being in the hospitality business? Why are you putting it at the end of the counter where I can’t see it, away from me where anyone can grab it? And I have to stand there and ask for it back and get an abrasive response like I’m the one bothering you? Is it your first day? Absolutely terrible service. I don’t know what I was drinking. It was pretty much hot water with chocolate flavoring. Whomever that young girl is with the light brown hair has no business working in that industry. Worst service and coffee I’ve ever had. Regretting the 20%tip I left on the card.
