Everytime they are delivering the wrong order. I bought pizza with epic stuffed crust and I received just a regular pizza with cheese, and this thing happened to me three times already. Never buy from here again!

This pizza restaurant is the baddest I've ever seen, the employees there don't want to work after 1 am, they spend their time smoking marijuana sitting outside, I'm not generalizing but there are two women who do it, they treat you badly and they don't have any education, apart from the bad engineering they have, I think this company should remove all those employees

Parking: Parking is right outside the location out front on street for pick up or order inside.

I ORDER THE GAME DAY BUNDLE FOR 19.99 .LARGE 1 TOPPING WITH 6 WINGS AND A 2 LITER. IT TOOK ABOUT A HOUR TO MAKE AND BRING MY ORDER TOOK ABOUT 20 MINS. THE DRIVER APOLOGIES FOR THE LATE NESS. THEN HE HANDED ME MY PIZZA AND WINGS WITH OUT MY 2 LITER. HE TWLLS ME HE WILL BE BACK. I WAITED 15 MINS THEN I CALLED THE STORE AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND HE SAYS IS THIS THIS CALL FOR THE ORDER THAT PAIDED WITH THE CHANGE. I SAID YES HE FORGOT MY 2 LITER AND SAID HE WILL BE BACK. AND I WANTED HIME TO JAVE MY NUMBER SO I CAN COME DOWN AND GRAB THE SODA. MANAGE TELLS ME HE DID NOT SAY NOTHING ABOUT THAT BUT HE HAD TO GO ON A EMERGENCY AND WANT HAVE ANOTHER DRIVERS FOR A HOUR .I SAID OK RELAY MY NUMBER FOR THE DRIVER . IT HAVE BEEN 3 HOURS NO NOTHING. Busy day with a bunch of football games going on so I expected to wait for delivery, but it can't within like 15 minutes of ordering and was perfectly hot. Food was exactly as expected from Papa John's I can't really complain it sated the craving I had. Very nice delivery driver as well!
I was owed a free pizza from a delivery that they forgot the soda. They never gave me anything saying I was gonna get the free pizza so the fact he believes me and just makes the pizza gets them 5 from me cause now a days no one takes care of anyone and usually do not believe you when you tell them hey I know it's a busy Friday night but I was supposed to get a free pizza and they just do it so great pizza thanks guys and girls

Ordered the Zesty Italian pizza and got some other pizza with pineapple on it(Idon'tlike pineapple on pizza). I called to have them fix it, I spoke to the manager who said he would fix it. 2 minutes later the employee who made my pizza tried to tell me the pineapple was banana peppers!? Totally insulted my intelligence. Then they remade it, but sent it to the wrong address after an hour wait. Then they offered to refund or try a third time. At this point I was just fed up and had them refund me. This isn't the first time this has happened. This papa johns is a dumpster fire.

She doesn’t know about work with people and is so rude hanging the phone on me and putting me on hold because she is not competent just to tell me when I will receive my order after I have paid My money.

So my wife and i ordered delivery from this establishment lastnight! We love Papa Johns but never oredered from this paticular establishment! We recieved our pizza in a timely manner but the pizza was soggy and and not very good the cheese bread was dry and the pizza sauce for the chesse bread was filled enough the line the bottom of the cup! Dip one cheese srick and it was gone! Wont utilize this Papa Johns again! Never had such bad food before!
