Placed an order online for pickup I received a notification that my order was ready, so I headed inside. The store had 3-4 delivery drivers (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) waiting, but when I asked if my order was ready, they told me it would be about five minutes.
I waited in my car right out front where I could clearly see the store. Thirty minutes later, my order still showed “Ready for Pickup” online. I finally called the store while walking back in, and as the phone rang, I heard an employee ask another worker named Tom to answer it—his response was, “No, not right now.”

I placed an online pickup order that was supposed to be ready by 8:15 PM. When I arrived, the staff said, “coming right up.” It’s now 8:57 PM, and I’m still waiting—for a simple cheese pizza.
There’s no one consistently at the register, and the level of service is unacceptable. This is by far the worst Papa John’s location I’ve been to. Management seriously needs to address how this store is being run. It’s the closest one to my home, but after this, I’m taking my business to competitors.

Door Dash stole one of the pizzas ordered two pizzas and Soda spent over 35 bucks and the manager or direct number to the store never answered my calls. Poor communication never eating Papa John again.

I had a horrible issue with my order, sent to an abandoned store, refused a refund, no assistance, when I arrived at the forwarded store at Belvedere I was assisted by a kind sound woman named Antoinette. She was calm, kind, and very helpful and understanding to my predicament. This young lady speaks to the very definition of customer service and humanity! She deserves a raise and recognition for her outstanding ability to assist her customers with empathy and love! This girl should be management! Thank you Antoinette!

The fact that their is a bunch of pizza places but I chose papa John’s and left a tip is beyond me …I ordered a large pizza wings a medium pizza abd and a Pepsi… tell me why I only received my large pizza and a Pepsi I called back to see what happened to my order the lady said she will send the rest we waited patiently an hour later we got our CHEESE PIZZA and some “BONELESS WINGS” chicken tenders I’m just like damn really papa John’s it’s almost embarrassing yall are serving west palm beach makes no sense

Every pizza I order comes completely raw. I mean not cooked at all. If you pay extra for a New Yorker, you’re still getting a regular thick crust pizza. Do not even bother trying to get stuffed crust. They don’t follow any instructions. They don’t cook their pizzas, so you’re left with a pile of dough. Very thick dough. If you try to address it with the manager, she is extremely, extremely vicious and rude. The worst Papa John’s on the planet.
