Today I waited 30 minutes on two pizzas went into this location to pick it up and they were having issues with their card reader, how let me say how unprofessional it was that the lady there argued with me that it was my fault instead of manually typing in my card or trying to find a resolution to the problem instead, she bickered with me I then said fine. I’ll have to leave the pizzas and she said OK bad customer service talk about not feeling like a valued customer, that young lady should be terminated. This place is disgusting. I happily walked right next-door and bought two delicious pizzas and my card went through just fine. I think these employees need some etiquette classes and need to be taught on how to value their customers more and how to be professional, and find solutions to problems For their customers to make them feel valued instead of arguing with them and saying oh well and letting them walk out the doorVegetarian options: Don’t go to this location

Something has happened in the last 6 months to this location of Papa John's it is producing really really bad Pizza. This is our third as well attempt tonight to get pizza from them. The crust used to be one of my favorite things about Papa John's and still is but apparently not ordering from here. It is flat and tough. We were missing toppings on our specialty pizza as well. At this point we will no longer order from this location which is really sad sad that we will actually have to go to a different Papa John's in Wellington because the one in Royal Palm is so bad. Papa John's used to be my go-to when I didn't want to cook and now I would rather eat frozen pizza because it tastes better

The absolute worst Pizza I have ever had. The toppings I ordered were cold and crunchy. This Pizza was just lightly warmed up. I would give negative stars if I could. Never again. I learned my lesson. Not recommended at all. This is a clear cut case of letting kids run your business.

This location is filled with piss poor customer service and unmotivated teenage employees. Every time I go there to pick up ONE large pizza nearly 30 mins after I placed my order ahead of time online, it's never ready when I get there. When I do arrive, I'm always told it's almost ready when it's not. I still end up waiting 10+ mins. What's the point of placing an online order ahead of time when you still have to wait??? On top of that, I can never get an explanation why it's taking so damn long to make one pizza. If it wasn't for the convenience of the store location, I wouldn't even go here. Frankly, I probably won't even go here anymore after tonight.

Tonight, 5/15/23, our order from Papa John’s was absolutely amazing. It was delicious and got here super fast. Ingredients were fresh and it’s why we’ve been ordering from them for over 10 years now. Kudos to staff and management!

This place is ina very busy shopping area. As such parking can be a little hassle. But don't despair plenty of parking right on the side. So if you can't park in front no biggie. The pizza was fine. Better ingredients. Better pizza. "Papa John's". Well I don't know if I believe all of that. Its atleast consistent. Same stuff you would get at any other papa johns. So they get points for that. The food was ready by the time I got there. So I was in and out. They were very busy but clearly the manager runs a good store. There were no issues and the employees were happy to help. I recommend this location.
