Recently, I had the opportunity to dine at what I believed to be a standalone restaurant called "Pardon my Cheesesteak." However, upon further investigation, I discovered that it was actually an IHOP subsidiary, which was not clearly stated in the app or any visible signage. This realization left me feeling a bit deceived, as it seemed like a subpar restaurant was rebranding certain items to attract customers who might be unaware of its affiliation with IHOP.Unfortunately, my disappointment didn't end there. I decided to try the Cheesesteak, expecting a delicious combination of flavors as described on the menu. To my dismay, the dish arrived with American sandwich cheese instead of the promised cheese sauce. This was an unexpected deviation from the menu description and left me questioning the quality and attention to detail at this establishment. While I understand that IHOP and its subsidiaries may have their own unique offerings, it is disheartening to receive a dish that falls short of expectations, especially when visiting a place with a name like "Pardon my Cheesesteak." I would have anticipated a higher standard of quality and authenticity, rather than an experience reminiscent of IHOP.As a concerned customer, I wonder if this misleading rebranding is a common practice within the restaurant industry. It's important for establishments to be transparent about their affiliations and provide accurate descriptions of their dishes to maintain trust with their customers.Despite my disappointment with the overall experience, I must acknowledge the friendly and attentive service provided by the staff. However, I believe it is crucial for the management to address these inconsistencies, both in terms of branding and food quality, to ensure customers receive the experience they expect. In conclusion, my visit to this IHOP subsidiary disguised as "Pardon my Cheesesteak" left me feeling misled and unsatisfied. The deviation from the menu description, coupled with the discovery that it was an IHOP subsidiary, was disappointing. I hope that the management takes note of these concerns and works towards providing a more transparent and authentic dining experience for their customers.

This place located inside of Toojays offers “Very poor” customers service . The waiter working the bakery stopped several times during my check out to assist other customers and refused to give me my baked item after I paid. I had to ask for it to which she had another waiter hand it off while making negative remarks about me for asking. I Requested a manager who came out and was equally as rude in her interactions. The soggy meatless cheese steak sandwich wasn’t even worth the trouble. Toojays you will never get another dime of my money! Treat customers with a bit more dignity and respect please.
