Being a frequent customer of Pavoli, I have to write this honest review to let their management know. I placed an order for chicken francese and chicken piccata. Every time up until now, I was able to order roasted potatoes and veggies for my side instead of pasta. I was told potatoes/veggies were no longer an option. Upon opening my food at home, my angel hair pasta was clumped together with no sauce and the pasta was very "starchy". My chicken piccata didn't have any capers, which is the main reason I got this particular dish. The chicken pieces were hard as a rock and tasted old. They also raised their menu prices which made it even more disappointing.

Not a bad place for food and the service is fast.. the only problem with them are the prices are a little high with better options in the area large pepperoni ? pizza was 18 dollars ?. 7.5 out of 10
I’m sorry to say that this was a swing and a miss. Ordered (to go) a margarita pizza that when I got home had no sauce, cheese that was thrown on after the pizza was baked and chunks of unripe tomatoes. It was so inedible that I broke down and ordered Papa Johns.

"Expensive and Terrible Pizza!!! Stay away from this place. I ordered a medium-sized white pizza and they charged me $22.24 for a $17.75 pizza. They have a bunch of strange charges; they calculate tax at 7% instead of 6%, there's a $2.50 unknown fee, and what is "Dual Pricing" supposed to be? I wouldn't complain if the pizza was great... However, the pizza was not cooked well, and the cheese smelled like it had been left outside for a long time. One of the worst pizzas I have had recently."
