I don't really get the bad reviews of this place. It is an airport sandwich place so I'm not exactly sure what kind of expectations people have. However, my experience was quite lovely. I wanted to add red onions to a flatbread, no problem. And no charge. The sandwich maker then asked if I would like that on a sub roll instead? Yes, I would. It was delivered piping hot and delicious. Was the cashier knew and didn't know what she was doing, also yes. There was nothing...

I was in the PBI airport 8/13 aprox 12ish the gentleman there greeted me when I walked up very nice the ladies there were not friendly at all. Im big on customer service and especially when paying these prices and traveling in general you never know if someone is leisure travel, family emergency vaca etc.

The Palm Beach Airport is a conveniently located airport on the east coast of Florida. The facilities is well maintained and always clean especially the restrooms. It is easy to be dropped off or picked up. The rental car are a bit involved in that they are located on airport property and need a bus to get back to airport. The Airport offers decent selection of places to eat and have a drink or cocktail, Chili's is a good choice when in Terminal C.
