I had a bad feeling coming as soon as I saw a customer walk back inside the establishment with their bag of food. As I pull up to the drive thru window I order the Mediterranean salad and ask for no banana peppers in the salad. The cashier confidently says there’s none that come with the salad causing me to second guess myself. I proceeded with the order and maybe I’m mistaken, but I did feel an attitude radiating from her as we spoke. I chose to not address it and when I moved to the second window I asked again to a different employee about the banana peppers. She also said there was none that came with the salad. I assumed by then it is confirmed that there wouldn’t be any in my food. Lo and behold I open the packaging and they are in there. I was never handed a receipt and on top of that I just didn’t have the energy to go back in after that experience. Hopefully, next time my experience won’t be the same, because I really enjoy the food. However, the customer service is also a part of enjoying the restaurant business as a whole and I can do with better treatment elsewhere.

Ockeif N at the west palm beach location gave me top quality customer service. He even remembered my name which never happens at fast food places. The food was good, the speed was good, the drinks were good and there’s no annoying customers!
We ordered the chicken tenders and per Star's recommendation the Buffalo Bleu sauce. We were happy to follow her recommendation. The chicken was fresh and crispy, the service rendered by Starr and the team was outstanding and the restaurant was clean. Highly recommend.
