Super disappointed. I was craving some really yummy alfredo pasta and specifically chose this place out of all pasta options in downtown WPB. I ordered it as pick up and when I got home my jaw dropped because of how sad this pasta looks. Where’s the alfredo sauce?! I’m giving it two stars because my fiancée really enjoyed her Fettuccine Bolognese with added ricotta.
The Caesar salad was decent, but a bit too dry for my taste. As for the margarita, it was overwhelmingly strong — heavy on both the Patrón and lime, making it difficult to drink. I could only manage half the drink, and even that felt forced. At least you get your moneys worth! Atmosphere was great- loved the low lighting. I would definitely go again now that I know more about the offerings.
Branzino and salmon were watery, bland. Pasta was cold.
Great experience looking forward to going back again in the future! Recommended for dates or a gathering with friends and family.
Food was excellent, and the service was outstanding.
Pescatore in Palm Beach is a laid-back gem with incredible Italian food and warm, genuine service. Every dish feels homemade with care, and the vibe is relaxed but polished, definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to.
We would have enjoyed Pescatore Ristorante more if the cooked food had been served hot; if the waitress had been pleasant; and if the chef had used seasoning more effectively. The waitress was surly. She did not respond when my friend asked her politely if the pasta option with entrees (spaghetti, linguine, or penne) was homemade, since among the extra charge options was "homemade fettucine." The waitress ignored her. I asked again. Then she said no. Caesar salad had many tiny, totally plain white bread type croutons, lots of fair shredded parmesan, minimal seasoning. We mixed over & over with our forks to stir the scant, thin Caesar dressing amongst the Romaine leaves. Anchovies were $3 extra & helped to boost the flavor a bit. We requested tomato sauce on the Margarita pizza. The waitress said that we could. None of the four of us tasted sauce on the pizza we received. It had tasty crust, shredded mozzarella, very thin slices of tomato. It was served at room temperature, not hot. The two grouper & shrimp entrees, eggplant parmesan, and branzino were all room temperature. If possible, our side vegetables were even cooler. Nothing served hot. Our friends said the grouper was very bland. I had requested garlic & oil prep for the broccoli & my "upcharge" order of spinach. The spinach had a tiny bit of garlic. The cold broccoli was plain. We will not return to Pescatore.
Great food and service! Inside atmosphere nice!
Hidden gem, glad we checked this place out. The service was great and the food was amazing! Of course had to try the meatballs and red sauce, both 5 stars. The chicken parm was one of my favorites and the Aperol spritz was perfetto!
Such an hidden gem! Our server Kate was phenomenal, so sweet and made excellent recommendations. Best bruschetta we've ever had! The gnocchi with a creamy pesto was to die for. Will definitely be coming back our next time in town!
