We ordered two large bowls and one extra-large bowl of pho ($15.95 × 2 and $18.95 plus tax), so the total should have been around $54.20. I left a $10 cash tip on the table, yet my credit card was still charged $64.20.
Please review your security footage or transaction records from that time to confirm this. I truly did not expect such dishonest behavior from an Asian restaurant, and I’m sharing this so that other customers can be aware and double-check their bills.

I don’t appreciate the service I received!!!I am allergic to rice or any rice noodles and the fact that they messed up my order and refused to correct it is poor customer service. Beware they will mess up your order and careless to correct the issue when everyone heard the correct order being placed!! Shame on you as a business owner like seriously I eat here so much you know my exact order without me even telling you!

Was not pleased with my order. I ordered a large and everything came half portioned, the chicken was spoiled deli sandwich meat, all the veggies were brown and withered, and they have me sauces

Great Food! First time going here. The Summer Roll was immaculate and they got it out to the table immediately. I got the steak and tendons!! I just wish I had a bigger stomach so I could keep eating! The had different types of tendons ones that melted in your mouth others that let you give a nice bite, it also had plenty of steak! The broth though, ooooh it was perfect ! Im from Houston TX, the city with the most Pho restaurants, so when I say this place has good Pho, I mean they have good Pho.

I really try to like this place a lot ! The 1st time I went there food was good service was okay 2nd time I went there food was good served wasn’t good ! They have young lady there who rob me ! I tip her in cash and paid with my card, when I check my card she put the tip on my card so she got tip twice! Spoke the manager he gave me my money back , okay so I try there again! This time take out ! And they just told me I have to pay for the sauce that goes with the soup 😾 the sweat chill oil any sauce , now does that make sense?? And the tables was dirty all of them had dirty bowls on them, ppl had to go sit all the way in the back to find a clean table and low key I don’t think that lady like black ppl🤷🏽♀️, even if you tip good she give this stand off vibes, and the guy there was sick! And coughing and sneezing 🤧

Delicious Vietnamese food! My friend brought me here for lunch and the food was fantastic. They also made it really easy to switch out fish sauce for soy sauce in my meal to make it vegetarian.

The restaurant smells bad, the pork of papaya salad is very cold ( like just be taken out from the refrigerator) . The young female waiter is rude, she came and asked what I want to order, then I replied polite with her, and she just Aha, uhu, ok. Very rude . She is Vietnamese and I am Vietnamese also and we talked in Vietnamese , so there is no language barrier here. Berber come back. Hope this restaurant can improve service and cleaning . Update reply for the answer from the owner restaurant : the young waiter she did not only talk uh hu, ( ừ hứ , à há , ok with me. ) She speak Vietnamese like a native , ( when I ask about the cat fish , she answer very clearly ) , so it is not like you said she does not understand Vietnamese. That time I was not happy with this and thought should I talk directly with her : “ don’t say à há, ừ hứ , OK “ with The guest . About the smell of restaurant , it is bad, I don’t need to lie to you, other guests don’t complain ? I don’t know , maybe they think it is normal for them, maybe even it is smell bad for them but they just don’t have time to review! Other thing, I told the pork of salad is cold , it is true.( I know the green papaya is cold of course because I ate them a lot in different restaurants. ) , but with the pork it is not really good for this, at least you need to heat the pork again. And of course , I Never come back your restaurant . Just tell the truth .
