I used to enjoy going to this place but ive found these little black hairs several times in my food. the first time it was at the restaurant I found tiny black hairs while i was mid eating & i told the server and ended up not being able to finish my food because it grossed me out. Now even for delivery, im finding the same black hairs. I cannot eat at this place anymore, with the fear that im eating hair everytime. This has happened several times now.

One of the better Vietnamese restaurant in the area. If you like Vietnamese pancake/crepe then this one won't disappoint. Meet portions aren't much but they have a decent price menu. Service is good. Overall Pho is clean with better quality meat.

I've been eating here for the better part of 13 years. When the original owners were there it was fantastic in every aspect, big portions, delicious, and great prices. With the change of ownership a few years ago portions became smaller, the broth got a lot sweeter and prices went up. They also stopped serving real peanut sauce and it's basically a Hoisin.
With that said, just within the last couple years of the new ownership it's gradually declined in quality and taste. Prices are also not what is written on the menu despite them having handwritten changes over the prices those aren't even correct. Very disappointing and I've given it multiple chances since I recognized the difference because I really wanted to be like it used to. I have given up.

The grilled pork fried rice is one of the most delicious thing's I've ever eaten!
I was in town from NYC and my friends who are locals recommended this spot — honestly, I didn’t expect to be blown away like this. I had the beef short ribs fried rice and a side of broth, and it was hands-down one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. I am already excited for my next time I get to come back and the owner was the sweetest! Such a welcoming environment.

Clean delightful atmosphere, open and not cluttered with tables, courteous and expedient service. Some of the tables had cracking in their shell-lacking. I’m not a big fan of Wooden chopsticks and Styrofoam cups were used for the hot tea these elements take away from the authenticity of this restaurant. The pho soup was exactly as I would expect for a Vietnamese restaurant that has pho soup on their menu, the garnishments for the foo soup were perfect and plentiful for the size of the soup. I would eat here again.

Vietnamese restaurant in a little shopping plaza. Pho 16 is a real winner. The wok-flavored chicken and food is out of this world. We were blown away by the flavors and have been here many times after. No frills type of place, but once you taste the grilled food here, you crave it.
