I was in town from NYC and my friends who are locals recommended this spot — honestly, I didn’t expect to be blown away like this. I had the beef short ribs fried rice and a side of broth, and it was hands-down one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. I am already excited for my next time I get to come back and the owner was the sweetest! Such a welcoming environment.

Clean delightful atmosphere, open and not cluttered with tables, courteous and expedient service. Some of the tables had cracking in their shell-lacking. I’m not a big fan of Wooden chopsticks and Styrofoam cups were used for the hot tea these elements take away from the authenticity of this restaurant. The pho soup was exactly as I would expect for a Vietnamese restaurant that has pho soup on their menu, the garnishments for the foo soup were perfect and plentiful for the size of the soup. I would eat here again.

Vietnamese restaurant in a little shopping plaza. Pho 16 is a real winner. The wok-flavored chicken and food is out of this world. We were blown away by the flavors and have been here many times after. No frills type of place, but once you taste the grilled food here, you crave it. Thank you for sharing the flavors of Vietnam with us!!!

The noodles are good quality and pho servings are small compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. I was disappointed with their spring rolls “peanut” sauce. I asked for their traditional peanut sauce and what the server brought was a very salty hoisin sauce with a hint of peanut.

So excited for this. I live nearby and was looking for really good pho… I was shocked that Pho 16 was so close by. I ordered the summer rolls and Pho Special. I am absolutely not disappointed. First of all, the service is incredible. I ordered over the phone and was met with the most friendly voice. When I went in to pick up my order, the atmosphere was incredible. The food is so amazing. Broth is flavorful and portions are plentiful. I am so excited that Pho 16 is close by, it will definitely be my new spot.

I try not to go to this place too often because their flavors are too addictive. The food is very fresh and if something is not fresh or they feel that the quality of the ingredients has gone down towards the end of the day, they won't serve the dish related to these ingredients. If you like exotic vietnamese cousine you need to go there and try their food.

I really wanted to like this place as the food and restaurant photos others had posted looked pretty good. When we arrived, an employee (owner/manager) was sitting at a table filled with paperwork. She was looking at her phone and didn’t greet us. One customer was finishing his lunch, otherwise the place was empty. Another employee, who served as our waiter, came out from the kitchen and seated us. Menus were sticky and had food debris on them. We did point this out to our waiter. The wall by our table was also splattered with something that looked like sauce and a large basil leaf sat in the middle of the floor where it remained for the duration of our lunch. Our waiter seemed friendly and nodded a lot. To start, we ordered two Thai ice teas. Containing mostly ice and cream, we asked for more tea, but didn’t know we’d be a charge until we received the check. The pho with round steak was good and came with plates stacked with basil, jalapeños, water shoots, and one small lime. Our waiter never returned to check on us and remained in the kitchen until we had finished. We didn’t appreciate this as we had wanted to order another round of ice tea and extra noodles. On our way out, I picked up the basil leaf from the floor and tossed it into a garbage can outside. Due to the uncleanliness of the space and lack of customer service, I cannot recommend this restaurant nor will we be returning anytime soon.
