I was in town from NYC and my friends who are locals recommended this spot — honestly, I didn’t expect to be blown away like this. I had the beef short ribs fried rice and a side of broth, and it was hands-down one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. I am already excited for my next time I get to come back and the owner was the sweetest! Such a welcoming environment.
Clean delightful atmosphere, open and not cluttered with tables, courteous and expedient service. Some of the tables had cracking in their shell-lacking. I’m not a big fan of Wooden chopsticks and Styrofoam cups were used for the hot tea these elements take away from the authenticity of this restaurant. Vietnamese restaurant in a little shopping plaza. Pho 16 is a real winner. The wok-flavored chicken and food is out of this world. We were blown away by the flavors and have been here many times after. No frills type of place, but once you taste the grilled food here, you crave it. Thank you for sharing the flavors of Vietnam with us!!!
