Far better places around . Food very expensive for the amount you get and very bland taste . Plus they sauce their ribs , real smoked bbq should not be sauced , the rubs should speak for themselves!

From all the hype I'd heard about this restaurant, I have to say I had high hopes. Yes, it is a great vibe, down to earth sports bbq/ bar. I can see coming here to watch a game, get drinks and appetizers. We started with the smoked fried wings, which were tender and flavored and warm pretzels. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich and it was large, fresh and seasoned well.In terms of their actually bbq, I found out it a bit underwhelming. I ordered the beef brisket which came with two sides choose the mac and cheese and collard greens. First, everything came out lukewarm, as it was sitting on a warmer. It felt like everything just needed more seasoning, while the beef brisket was tender and cooked perfectly, it lacked salt and pepper. They offer four different sauces for your bbq, and I see why, without the meat is bland. My favorite sauce was champagne mustard. My sides also lacked seasoning, mostly salt. The collard greens even though cooked with smoked meats, that flavor could not be detected. We also ordered a side of cornbread, which was exactly how you want a piece of cornbread, moist, flaky and slightly sweet. But it would have been absolutely perfect served warm.

Most amazing BBQ experience I have had and I have had a lot of it as I have lived in Texas 15 years and eating BBQ often is simply the law. The brisket sandwich was incredible as well as the sausage and the sides - beans and the vinegar coleslaw were my favorites. I cannot wait to come back and try other things on the menu. Christina took great care of me and my husband by being friendly and checking on us often. Atmosphere is very cool, I look forward to enjoy cocktails once I am back again! P.S. the sauces were soooo goood!

Checked out Pig Beach BBQ in West Palm the other night. Been curious for a while, but honestly? It didn’t quite deliver.
Brisket had a decent bark and smoky flavor, but it was chewy—like it needed more time or a better cut. The Jalapeño cheddar sausage came out cold and that overcooked kind of hardness to the skin, which was a total buzzkill. Mac & cheese was fine, but forgettable. Creamy, but no real flavor. Baked beans had a solid smokey flavor, but they were barely warm, more like room temp. Felt like everything had been prepped hours earlier and left to sit—definitely took a toll on the quality.
They’ve got four sauces. Two were legit: one was peppery and bold, the other sweet and smoky—those actually helped elevate the brisket a bit. The other two? Not my cup of tea. One was mustard-based and the other was straight liquid vinegar. If you’re into Carolina-style tang, maybe you’d vibe with them, but I couldn’t get past the sharpness.
Service was okay. Sat at the bar. Took a while to get the bartender’s attention, but once the order was in, food came out fast—too fast, honestly, which probably explains the temperature issues.
Overall? Cool spot, decent atmosphere, but the food felt rushed and reheated. If you’re just grabbing drinks and a snack, maybe it works. But if you’re chasing real pit BBQ flavor and texture… this ain’t it.

Yum! Pig Beach has something for everyone. My husband LOVES the brisket. I love the smoked turkey. We both love the Mac and cheese! The plates are a lot of food, the platters are enough for two people- or one really hungry person :) The staff are great, there is lots of seating, the bar is loaded with great drinks and there is a parking lot and street parking! We think this is the best barbecue in Palm Beach! Oh we also recently got the banana pudding. It was decadent!

Wow, wow, wow!!!
Traveling and randomly chose Pig Beach.
In a week in West Palm Beach we’ve been 3 times. Christina made us feel like family. Every person, from greeter to wait staff absolutely incredible. Oh ya, the food. Best bbq I’ve ever tasted. We tried almost every side and all the meats. Healthy sized portions. Best value is the $25 bbq platter; I think it easily feeds 2. Leave room for the banana pudding!
Thank you Christina!!!

Pig beach has gotten more and more popular over the years. The bbq competition in palm beach is heating up. Overall this spot is pretty good. Brisket is pretty good and the baked beans are a favorite side.

Been here before this time not the same. Self serve Mondays walk up counter. Small platter for $60 I thought pork was the cheapest meat.
