As always, the food is amazing and nostalgic as the recipe seems to have never changed. What i can say that as someone who prides himself in providing exceptional service, it doesnt seem to be the case with most of these establishments these days and unfortunately this was my experience here. Not only did i have to wait for my food longer than patrons who literally came in to order AFTER I was there to pick up an online order that should have took another 5 minutes from when i arrived. Then, when I was asked about my name after waiting almost 20 minutes AND the food wasnt ready, (they had to prepare my wings cause the cook went out for a smoke) then had to wait a few minutes for that. No sorry for the wait. No thank you for coming. I would suggest that if you want good food but dont mind a monotone staff, then you wont mind this place. If you’re looking for a good dining experience, go elsewhere.

So I ordered a pepperoni pizza delivered also a cheese pizza they sent me a thin crust burnt cheese pizza. Also that was cold. The pepperoni pizza was nowhere near hot cinnamon rolls or not hot as well and look like they just smeared the icing all over the place.

It was 10:55am and knocked on door because they were supposed to be open and a manager came to the door and was so rude talking about we’re not open yet y’all gotta do better that is such poor customer service
Outdated restaurant, but convenient location and price. Ordered a small pan with pepperoni and tomatoes, only received pepperoni on the pizza. Ordered bone in wings, received boneless. Icing on the cake is the wait time, I ordered online about 5:30pm picked up 30 minutes later and it wasn’t ready. I waited an additional 30 minutes for something I didn’t order. I guess I should’ve verified, but it was Friday after work and I was ready to get out of there.

Last night we ate here and the service in this place is Too Bad, if you want to order something they make you stop from the table to order the food and not in a good way, we asked for a takeaway box and they sent us to look for it.. The food is super delayed.. this place is terrible
