I wrote a review on Saturday don't know why it's gone. I found 2 small roaches in my pizza box and I took home my order no I didn't call and will never order from this location again.

Customer service is was horrible bad attitude from the moment we walked in. Have to 9rder and pay before your seated even though they no longer do the buffet. Food surprising was cooked well and tasty. Atmosphere was sad and depression, dirty carpets which smell, dirty sticky tables. Restrooms are dirty and thight, hard to get into and out of non handicap stalls. I'd recommend ordering to go food or delivery. Do not eat in. I have video or the restaurant no photos. As much as I enjoy Pizza Hut, as they do have quality pizza.
The fact that I clearly ordered a Stuffed Crust only to get a Thin Crust shows a lack of attentiveness.
Thing is, I could understand if there was commotion, but it was literally just me and my friend.

I have been going to this Pizza Hut for over 15 years and never once have I had a problem, Until tonight! I called in an Order, Once I went to pick it up, I had to wait at least five minutes in the lobby. A young lady by the name of Christina then entered the restaurant and came around to serve me. I asked her cause she washed her hands, because she had just came from outside. She proceeded to go back-and-forth with me Saying she only went to her car and came back inside. I then informed her that I don’t know that and it doesn’t matter she should still wash her hands. Well, As the second her teeth and go ahead and Washing her hands, She became argumentative! She handed me my food, And I tried to explain to her she should never get mad about a customer, asking her to wash their hands. I guess that made her even matter, Because she told me to hush. I turned around and I asked her who was she talking to, And she told me a gentleman in the back. The gentleman in the back wasn’t even in the front to even hear or say anything to her so I know she was talking to me. She denied it so I did not go any further with it! The reason for this long essay…… Is because this location needs to train Christina again on handwashing!!! Safeserv FOOD Handling corse is a great start!!!!
Me my son & my mom went there today for dinner the server brought 1 menu to the table & walked away didn’t even ask us if we would like water while waiting. After sitting 10 minutes and nobody came to table we decided to leave and they didn’t even try to stop us.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I placed an order online they tell you about 40 minutes to then show up to no order even placed. Then they claim it was to a call center so they’re not the ones to blame. Ridiculous business being ran here by unprofessional individuals
