This pizza hut seems to hire the most ratchet people and can't even keep enough of them. I went there on Friday 6/14/2024 the deep fryer not working so was unable to the my hut deal, decided to get just the personal pan pizza however the price was $7 and some change and the lady stated about 20 minutes which I was a walk-in however after I thought about it, it seem to much to pay for a personal pan which is very small and changed my mind before they started to prepare. SERVICE FRIENDLY SERVICE
The absolute worst customer service. Their bad service was an additional bad service while trying to make the first bad service right. I’m sorry other PH ‘s might be ok, they are in Saint Louis but this franchise has turned me off the whole company.
The first bad service included a dirty delivery person , cold food and food that was unpalatable. The second bad service dealt with trying to charge me for food that was supposed to be a credit for the first service. The...read full review
