Do not eat from this place im pregnant I ordered a pizza from here and it completely destroyed my stomach. I’m in a lot of pain. Someone needs to shut this place down. The employees here do not give a damn about their customers and safety. Corporate should investigate this.

Terrible service!! My order was never received. It wasn't even taken apparently because when I called over an hour later, no one had my order at all. Then I reordered. It was cold overdone and just all around the worst! I was told to call customer service, and they told me to go online and contact customer care. Ridiculousness!

The district manager at crosstown I seen smoking weed around the store while she was working the Manger Sean is very rude also I have seen the district manager son selling drugs around the store the only employee who are nice that I know work there are Henry Amari and some redhead girl who I think Is manager everyone else there is rude and disrespectful and lazy

This store do not believe in customer service. I have been waiting for and refund since 12/9/23. The store manager was supposed to contact me according to corporate, I also left and message with a manager who was just there for a day. I would never order from their again that was the 1st and last. You should atleast want to reach out to your customers. Bad business.I would never give pizza hut my business again, even their customer care department don't care they write on these review asking for information and still no one reaches out to you or responds back once you send them the information requested.

I had ordered a pizza this evening and the order that was delivered wasn’t my order and it was someone else’s. I tried to call the store 5 times and nobody picked up the phone. I had to drive down to the store and the 2 guys in the store both were on their phones. The guy that I guess the manger said that my pizza just came out . By the time I got the pizza home it was cold and I wasn’t happy.

The delivery was late. I got a text that it was delivered, but it was not delivered to me. When I contacted the delivery person, there was a language barrier so we texted. He told me I had given the wrong address. I had not. He then said the pizza would be there “soon” (it was not). When it did arrive, he left it on the porch in a driving rainstorm. I retrieved the pizza to find it cold, wet, and most annoying of all…the order was WRONG. First time ordering and probably the last. Be. Better.

i agree with the reviews enterd before me. ive experienced this for the 3rd time now. First time, the order never arrived and it was difficult to get someone to answer the phone. Second time, the delivery was made but it was incorrect. This time, the order would have arrived on time...the the delivery was made. the order was sent to the wrong address and the driver never called or answered my calls. When I tried calling Pizza Hut to let them no, like clockwork-- the phone kept ringing. I love Pizza Hut but will never use this location again.

This is easily the cleanest PH in WPB, and has the best staff. I do delivery for a 3rd party service on the weekends and I pick up often from here. I also order from here myself, because I come here enough to know it’s clean. I picked up a delivery two Fridays ago and a new woman was working the front. She said she was a manager, but I hope that’s not true because she was slow and impeccably rude. When I informed her that I was there to pick up an order, she acted like it was as a huge inconvenience to her, huffed and puffed, she walked away and completed a few other tasks before returning to hand me the pizza that was sitting right there, ready, in the warmer. I hope to not see her again. Leave the front desk to the HS students, they’re far more professional and accommodating.

First of all I place an order online, accidentally placed it for pick up when I was supposed to be Delivery when I called I was told by Miranda that they would refund the pick up order and all I would have to do was re-order and placed a order for delivery but they wouldn't be able to give me my order for pick up which wasn't an issue. When I received my pizza It was cold, there was no sauce for the breadsticks, and there was no ranch and the box had the receipt for the pick up order on it. Shortly after receiving that pizza another delivery driver came by with the second order. We were also charged four times. Once for the pick up order and three times for the delivery order. When we called to ask about this, the phone was passed around to several people claiming to be manager and assistant manager, and I was told that they wouldn't be able to do anything about that They also mentioned that some of the workers and management there was incompetent and I would have to call corporate to get this issue resolved since that location is a franchise. Several days later 4 new charges for the delivery order were added. I ordered off the Pizza Hut website so I'm not sure what's going on!!
