Cannot say enough about Pizza Paradise - we hired them for our kids’ 4th birthday party & everything from the food to the service was amazing! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how great the food was, even my gluten free friend said the gf pizza was the best she’s ever had! They were punctual, courteous & professional— would recommend them to anyone!

If your style of pizza is Neopolitan, this place is a home run. The service was good, and so was the food. Just look at the pictures to see how good it looks.

Absolutely horrible! Didn't have the en items i wanted. Stated the refund was done, it wasn't. Don't waste your time. Pizza tasted horrible too.

I've been a West Palm resident all my life, and let me tell you, Paradise Pizza serves the best pizza around. From the fantastic staff to the welcoming atmosphere and delicious food, it's all top-notch. Beethi, the cashier, was delightful and offered great recommendations; you can tell she's passionate about the place. Dave Portnoy needs to give this place a try. And trust me, the honey pie is a must-try. If you're in the area, definitely make a stop—you won't regret it!

I've gotten their pizza in the past and it was so delicious! Hadn't had it for a while and went for a delivery to share with some friends on a game day. Ordered 2 dozen of 2 flavors of wings and two pizzas. We ended up with only one flavor of wings, and the pizzas didn't have any of the topings- no burrata on the burrata pizza. No figs or arugula on the fig pizza. The crust was perfectly cooked and the wings were cooked well, so we ended up eating it but I spent $72 for them to get my order terribly wrong and two dishes only half complete. It was disappointing.Edit: they immediately discounted my order, I will try them again, but maybe on a night when there's not so many mouths to feed.

This is the spot if you're looking for amazing Neopolitan pizza. We have been many, many times and have never been disappointed and have tried them all, although the Honey Pie is the stand-out imo. Also love any of the pies with capacolla. Outstanding sourdough crust with just the right char and clearly fresh and unique ingredients, just the way neopolitan-style pizza should be. Also finally figured out to never forget the ricotta dip for leftover crust. This is a West Palm gem!
