They stop serving chicken at a certain time because they don’t want to cook! Like what!!!! I never heard of such a thing . They only serve Chopi chop but no other meals mind you this is through open hours !

Worst restaurant we could not even get food or order if that! Angry Karen was blocking the entire drivethru and getting out of her car yelling at people making it an unsafe place to eat. They need to do better with traffic control and security we will never come here again

I order a chicken quesadilla , but when I open was a burrito and i ask to the person he said this is a quesadilla...I said..no this is a burrito...and he insisted that is a quesadilla and was nasty his answer...the services people was talking over the food without mask...is terrible this pollo tropical store

Saw a commercial advertising the rope vieja. Opened up my platter to find a small Palm size portion. Not even enough for half the rice portion they gave me. 😔 I understand it gets busy in the drive thru but give people the full portions Everytime. Disappointed is an understatement
I always get great service from this location. Raquel and Steve, are always amazing and the food is fresh!
