Went through drive through last night for food was told 20 minutes for chicken to park. Waited 25 minutes went inside and was told 15 more minutes. After that I went back in and stood at the counter. My order wasn’t on the screen and the other car waiting with me hadn’t gotten his order either. Was rude and condescending

Just had the most amazing Cuban sandwich at Pollo Tropical in Miami, the mojo pork was juicy and bursting with flavor, and I couldn't stop dipping my fries in that delicious cilantro garlic sauce!

Food was tasty. I got a new grilled chicken sandwich minus the bun. My order was messed up but was fixed. Cashier failed to mention out of sandwhich topping also until after my food was fixed. Often a long line. Kinda crappy service but is fast food restaurant. I believe the dining room was recently remodled.
