Went to the drive through and ordered a grilled chicken quesadilla wrap and a kids meal. The kids meal didn’t come with the apple juice it is supposed to, and when we asked for the wrap the staff realized they took our order down wrong and started laughing. We then waited for the wrap that was made last minute and was stone cold in the middle and the cheese wasn’t even melted at all. If you want better reviews fire the staff and fix the food to be honest. The fried yuccas were dry and tasted off old oil as well. The kids tropi chop was lightly coated with what was probably a tablespoon of chicken and 99% rice. I’d like my money back.

For the 3rd time placing an order through drive thru, I got home only to find the chicken totally dried out and inedible. I have to question how long this chicken had been sitting around. I will not be returning to this location. Drive thru customers beware!

I was excited to try Pollo, but my experience was really disappointing. When I got home, l found a bug in my sauce, which was absolutely disgusting. What made it worse was the attitude I got from the manager (who has braces) when I simply asked for extra sauce before leaving. She was rude and unprofessional, and her bad attitude really put a damper on the experience. On a positive note, the girl who took my order, with brown braids, was incredibly nice and had such a great attitude, even though she was standing out there in the hot sun. She was the only highlight of my visit. Pollo seriously needs to improve its management and food handling.

Im wondering if it’s a requirement to be as rude as possible to work here. I arrived at the window and said hello, no response; waited for my food, the girl with purple hair gave me my food; I said thank you and she just stared at me. Not one word said. This is the third time this happens here.

The food here is fantastic, as usual. I had a pleasant experience with the manager, Makeda. Her customer service was excellent. As I waited in line, I watched her deal with a customer complaint. She attempted to fix some issue twice and each time she had such a pleasant demeanor. Then she took my order with a smile. I will definitely be coming back!

Not happy I just bought the churassco meal and it came with no drink. How I got a whole meal with no drink that's cheap. Plus the lady at the counter is not good at her job she didn't ask me if I wanted a drink so I assumed it came with it never bought a meal with no drink from a fast food place. How did you expect me to swallow all that food? That's squeezing a quarter until the eagle screams.
For fast food, they offer the healthiest and tastiest option, in my opinion. I wish they still has the condiment bar with the onions, jalapeños and sauces available for dine in. That's a big bummer that they were removed during covid. Their hot sauce is spicy, which I love that it's packing some real heat.

The worst Service I have ever received a Pollo tropical. I was heading to Vero Beach and I pulled off of the turnpike so I can get my son some chicken because he is very picky on what he likes. I drove 3 miles from the expressway to the location . I get there and they tell me that they don’t have whole chicken what a Disappointment and then I pull up to the window they were talking crap and mocking the customers because everybody was obviously upset that they don’t have whole chicken. And What were the employees doing? talking crap about the drive-through customer even through I was one of them no shame and before I ordered she had told me that it would be an hour again I’m on the road. I gotta go this is pollo tropical it’s unacceptable
