Tonight’s experience at this pollo tropical location was the best it’s ever been! Not just because everything I ordered was actually in the bag but Maria the manager made it a much more pleasurable experience compared to many prior visits! Thank you Maria for rocking as a manager!!!! 🤌🥰
Food is always ready for pickup. Can't beat the Chili Lime Sauce-delicioso! But.... I would prefer if all people working in Food Service wear masks and tie back your hair.

Every time we go through the drive-thru, we specifically request no beans in our dish, yet they are included without fail. In an effort to prevent this ongoing issue, we decided to place our orders through the app, assuming that a clearly written “no beans” request would be followed. Unfortunately, that has not been the case—they still add beans every single time.
When I went inside to have the mistake corrected, I was met with a concerning lack of cleanliness. A cook was washing dishes and preparing chicken at the same time, without changing gloves. None of the staff preparing food were wearing hairnets, and one employee was chewing bubble gum while assembling orders.
It's clear that sanitation and customer service are not taken seriously at this location.

The staff is rude and they NEVER put all the items in the bag, their timing sucks because even if you place an online order in advance it’s never ready and your waiting 20+ mins for your order in store. Unfortunately this is the only pollo tropical near my house so this is why I come back but if I had a choice I would go elsewhere also they act like the sauces come out their paycheck because for a family combo they give u 4 sauces.🙄
