But.... I would prefer if all people working in Food Service wear masks and tie back your hair.

Every time we go through the drive-thru, we specifically request no beans in our dish, yet they are included without fail. In an effort to prevent this ongoing issue, we decided to place our orders through the app, assuming that a clearly written “no beans” request would be followed. Unfortunately, that has not been the case—they still add beans every single time.

When I went inside to have the mistake corrected, I was met with a concerning lack of cleanliness. A cook was washing dishes and preparing chicken at the same time, without changing gloves. None of the staff preparing food were wearing hairnets, and one employee was chewing bubble gum while assembling orders.

It's clear that sanitation and customer service are not taken seriously at this location.

The staff is rude and they NEVER put all the items in the bag, their timing sucks because even if you place an online order in advance it’s never ready and your waiting 20+ mins for your order in store. Unfortunately this is the only pollo tropical near my house so this is why I come back but if I had a choice I would go elsewhere also they act like the sauces come out their paycheck because for a family combo they give u 4 sauces.🙄

I have gone here at-least 100 times and about 80% of the time, they do not put all of the items that I ordered in the bag. Like do you guys even check the bags once, before you give it to the customer?

Messed up my order the first time. They remade my sandwich bread was cold out of the refrigerator and the chicken had to have been sitting out over an hour. When I spoke to the manager she gave me an attitude. Service terrible and food sucks. Your new chicken sandwich your promoting won’t help you if your food and service suck!

It’s a hit or miss, Professionalism needs improvement, I order about 3 times a week there for Dinner and one incident the girl would answer the drive through “ YES” as if she was tired of me. Every request I had was her looking at me like I was crazy, if I ask for plates she makes me feel like it’s a problem. She slammed the Drive through door on me because I was expressing how she made me feel. I spoke to the manager that day and they excused her by saying She gets frustrated when she doesn’t know how to count” I just left it alone and prayed about it. I haven’t seen her after that incident.

I have come to this Pollo Tropical on several occasions and at various times, meaning that they have served me at different shifts and the last shift always has POOR CUSTOMER TREATMENT (they take too long on purpose, they talk over the food, some work while others are chatting and they make the service slower. Until this service improves, I will not visit this Pollo Tropical again.

I havent bought anything from this pollo tropical since May and sadly Today I ordered Uber eats from this location . As i was biting through the chicken thigh I noticed it was really chewy, I broke it apart and it was still raw ! 🤮🤮

I just left the restaurant and the service was really slow, the chicken quarter was more than small, the thigh was separated from the thigh, I paid almost 13 dollars for almost nothing. I'm never coming back again. Very bad experience
