The food is not good enough to supplement the terrible customer service. Even if you call ahead you will be skipped so that they can serve someone they know. Someone should be up front handling orders and payments while others in the back pack the orders. Mind you there were only three people when I first walked in. So much potential but there are better places to go to in Palm Beach.
No customer service at all
Check your food before you leave. They don’t care if they give you the wrong order. I called spoke to a man, asked for fried Chicken and Diri djondjon got that and my second order was griot avec Diri Kole didn’t get that. Instead they gave me griot avec banan. Called to tell them they gave me the wrong order. They said the food isn’t wrong I said it’s missing rice they said well what do you want me to do. Unprofessional! I called my food in at 7:00 got there at 7:20 didn’t leave until 7:50 do better! Customer service is horrible!
Food is good but the service is horrible. Ordered ahead multiple times and have waited 20+ minutes every time to pick food up
The only reason they are getting 1 star is because they don’t have a half star! The food is alright I give them that but the customer service is horrible! Whether you are Haitian (which I am) or not they are rude to anyone they don’t know and YOU WILL GET IGNORED EVEN IF YOUR STANDING IN THEIR FACE READY TO ORDER! The cashiers have favorites so if they don’t know you, you’re waiting about 30-45mins for your food even when you preorder over the phone! And when you ask about your order you either get ignored and an attitude! For the wait time and the nasty attitude I’d rather go somewhere else! There are plenty of other great Haitian restaurants in West Palm Beach! Don’t waste your time or energy going here! Go to Happy Kitchen on Haverhill and Roebuck Rd or Haitian Family Restaurant on Congress Ave and Westgate! I preordered my food at 6:15pm and it is now 7:03pm and still no food! But they sure give out plenty of attitude and rudeness!
A friend recommended prosperity. It’s seems to be a local favorite for haitian people in the area.
We ordered 45 min ahead of time knowing there can be a wait. We were in and out in a few minutes and also grabbed some confiture chadek! Sooo good. Taste like home!!
They had other goodies like tablet, kremas and other haitian specialty goods
We ordered the griot and tasso kabrit with plaintains. Delicious. Flavorful!
Quaint takeout counter service with haitian staples like legume, lalo, pwason fri and breakfast lunch and dinner options.
Delicious haitian food!!

Very rude and the wait time was ridiculous.
Food is great.but service stinks.online prices are advertised at one price.but when you get to the restaurant it's so much higher then online.no prices are posted anywhere. The don't wear gloves or hair nets.which is a shame. When the issue was taken to the owner Mario. He was very rude and unprofessional
