This was my second time trying this chain, and both times were great. The first time was a few years ago at a different location, and I remember enjoying my avocado toast. This time I got the crunchy veggie wrap and a slice of banana bread. I had to ask if the wrap was vegan since the ingredients listed sounded so but it wasn’t labeled with the vegan symbol like other items. I was told it used to contain cheese and that the menu hasn’t been updated since changing that ingredient. It was so tasty, in a way that I swear I can’t get veggies at home to taste like no matter what I try. And it felt so healthy to eat! The banana bread, though surely less healthy in comparison, was delightful… moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet. I loved that they baked bananas into the top! I wish they had more vegan options, though, since ultimately there’s basically a handful. That and cost are my only complaints.
Decor was quaint. Staff was friendly.

Poor customer service !!! A cashier with one hand in her pocket while typing with the other on her screen … first impression is zero even minus zero AND charging a 5% for eating on site is shameful !!! For what service which is non existent !!! Most likely loosing me as a first time customer in the process
