Pura Vida is located in the Rosemary District downtown WPB. The area is known for shopping, food, and the beautiful people of WPB. The interior is warm and inviting, and looks like it was decorated carefully and with the intent of ensuring quality clientele will visit. It didn't disappoint, there was a lot of eye candy walking around inside and out. I was a little shell shocked at the price of our breakfast. Not that I am a stranger to shelling out some money for good food, but we had a tuna wrap and one single slice of avocado toast and an Americano. I added two bottles of water. That water was pricey, imported all the way from the French Alps! In total our breakfast was $50. $50 for toast? Ok ok, I get it. I'm teasing. I'm sure this spot is expensive to run a business out of. Our service was interesting, not overly friendly. I couldn't hear my name being called for my coffee over the loud speaker blaring music. I also thought....i was given a table number for a reason....and spent $50 on almost nothing and tipped.....so it would be nice of you to walk over with my coffee. If you expect a tip, make sure to provide the service. Overall, I enjoyed the environment and the food was ok. I would return happily because of the vibe they have created....but not so much if I was hungry.

Busy. The drinks should be packaged better, for Delivery. Do not use half of tray older. HE. spill

Good afternoon, I am writing to indicate that Mr. Edward is disrespectful in treating West Palm Beach drivers badly and with discrimination. It does not seem ethical to me to treat people like this, even the employees themselves complain about his behavior.Good afternoon, I am writing to point out that Mr. Edward is disrespectful by treating West Palm Beach drivers poorly and discriminating against them. I am a costumer of this place since it opened and also work as a delivery driver to meet my goals. Never I have felt unwelcome as this last visit to Pura Vida. I am deeply disappointed after witnessing an encounter with another driver from Edward at this exact location. Derogatory words towards anyone should not be tolerated. This was an incident of discrimination against all drivers as he stated both drivers were thieves in Spanish using the word “malandros” I really hope something is done about this situation since all drivers are honorable people. We only want to be treated as such, people who are also costumers, nothing else I ask for on my end. There is no job better than any other to take such actions.

My experience at Pura Vida restaurant was extremely disappointing due to the disrespectful and derogatory treatment I witnessed from one of their employees, Edward. During my visit, I witnessed Edward address a delivery driver in an unacceptable manner, accusing him of theft and using derogatory terms such as "thug." This all happened because the restaurant delivered the wrong order, which was a mistake on their part. Edward treated the delivery man with disrespect and ordered him to shut up, even though there were several witnesses present. This behavior is not only unacceptable, but also reflects a lack of professionalism and ethics on the part of the Pura Vida restaurant staff. I cannot recommend this establishment due to this negative experience and the disrespectful treatment I witnessed.

Was sure disappointed in the quality, portion size and prices. $54 later for 2 açaí bowls and 2 lattes. Cashier was less than pleasant and didn't want to hear our request for fruit replacement

Food is really great all around! Staff is very nice! Clean inside and outside for seating. A few menus items come with over easy eggs and oddly enough you can't choose over medium or over hard for your eggs even though it's just a matter of cooking them longer. They tried explaining the ovens just don't allow it... Not a fan of mandatory 20% service charge especially for a quick serve food location. Then after paying, the screen prompts for additional tip... The ratio of food price to cost is such that they are already making pretty good money even if everything is bought a whole foods. Hey I would still eat there again and recommend others to go!! I'll just give them a heads up it's probably gonna cost a bit more than anticipated.
