Haven’t tried their food or drinks yet but I had to use the restroom. I was surprised by one of the welcoming workers? But he was really cute and sweet, usually would be creeped out if someone followed me to the restroom but this made my day 🤣 who knows maybe he was just doing his job being accommodating, security, or maybe he is a customers? 10/10 welcoming energy 10/10 accommodating service 10/10 protection security 10/10 cute good dog. I’ll be coming back to say hi again and try this place out 😊

Upon entering this establishment, I was initially struck by its beauty. As a regular patron of Kava Bars for the past nine years, I was excited to discover this gem while indulging in a sweet treat next door. I entered the venue with a dear friend to plan our next study session, expecting a pleasant experience.

However, my brief visit took a disheartening turn when I approached the bartender, Devon, to kindly ask for access to the restroom. To my utter disbelief, he denied me this fundamental human right in front of other patrons, displaying a demeaning attitude that was both shocking and uncalled for. His assertion that using the restroom was contingent upon making a purchase was not only unfounded but also utterly disgraceful.

In all my years of dining and socializing in various restaurants, I have never encountered such a lack of common courtesy. I felt deeply embarrassed and disrespected by his actions. It is beyond comprehension how someone could presume to wield such authority and treat another person in such a reprehensible manner, especially denying a woman the basic right to use the facilities.

As someone who invests a significant amount of money in Kava Bars each month, it is with a heavy heart that I must convey I will no longer be returning to this particular location due to Devon's abysmal customer service and complete lack of respect. I sincerely hope that improvements can be made to ensure that no one else has to endure such an experience. Do better, Devon!

Honestly they have the best Kratom around the kava tenders always keep me updated and educated with new product as well as keep good banter. Shoutout to Peter, Chris, and Josh! Yall are the best!

I can only say the most positive things about the “Lotus that’s Purple.” It’s undoubtedly my favorite place to go. And it’s even better that my longest and best friend since moving to Florida owns it. I like to believe that together, we’ve helped shape it into what it is today, with a lot of help from our “friends,” especially Jimmy’s partner in crime, “Kristie.” Let’s not forget the two best versions of a niece and nephew anyone could ever ask for—London and Sophie! It’s like the true essence of a modern-day “Cheers”!

chill, laid back place. awesome bartenders. there's a large TV that's usually showing a sports game. and there's music playing on the speakers. there's a bar to sit at, and other seats (table, couches, chairs) away from the bar if ypu prefer.
there is a reward app they participate in...for certain drinks, when u order 5 ypu get the 6th one free.

nice place to chill. great location. kind staff. dog friendly. tip and tax included in price, so it may seem a bit higher than other places.

Could have used a higher quantity for the price but the service was great. Wasn't that busy. The standard kava did mellow me a little but that could have been due to being with a friend and a quiet environment. Seriously though the server was very helpful though after I got my drink it was slightly more difficult to get their attention. But not too bad. I had asked them a lot of questions.
