Red Lobster

I've been visiting this location my entire life, off and on. With many new restaurants opening in the area, Red Lobster remains at the top of my list. The service is consistently great, and the food is still delicious after all these years. The manager always stops by to ensure everything is okay, which is a nice touch. Patrice is always so pleasant.

We had a large party for a celebration dinner. Our server, Marcus, was PHENOMENAL! He was efficient, friendly, and accurate. Marcus made our celebration even better! The food was served hot, and everything tasted really good. The manager came in to chat and check up. Everyone was really friendly! Thank you for an excellent celebration!

Parking: Many spots reserved for take out, making it difficult to park close to the building. Not enough handicapped spots.

I had a horrible experience with one of the waitresses tonight. Her name was Kyra. The manager literally did nothing to help. Due to Kyra refusing yo bring my food. By the time I received it. It was extremely cold and soggy.

Thank GOODNESS for the brand new hostess! Who made sure that I was able to receive some sort of assistance while I was there.

I enjoyed my experience here because of the server! Patrice made it so easy for me to order and provided me with great service, she was attentive and very joyous when she came to greet my table. I loved her energy! I will definitely be back to dine with this location!

I had such a great experience at Red Lobster, and a big part of that was thanks to my server, Patrice! She was incredibly helpful, knew the menu inside and out, and gave amazing recommendations. Every question I had, she had a confident and knowledgeable answer for, which made ordering so much easier. She was friendly, attentive, and just an all-around joy. Honestly, one of the best servers I’ve ever had! I hope management knows what a gem they have in her. I’ll definitely be back!

Terrible service. We waited for almost an hour before even seeing our waiter, and then we waited an hour at table to just order drinks. Then with a party of 7, we only received 4 biscuits after asking for over an hour for them. After getting food, we then had to ask for silverware. When asked for silverware we were given attitude.

My wife and I had decided after many years to go back to red lobster we had see. And it’s close to our jobs so we figured what the heck. We were graciously greeted and seated by Dennis. Nick our server was outstanding and suggested we have the Ultimate Rock Lobsters’. It was way better than we had remembered. The rolls were awesome. Dessert 💥 great. Thank you.

I enjoyed my dining experience here, the atmosphere was amazing! chedder biscuit are my absolute favorite I can full up on those alone lol! Wendy was such an amazing server , definitely recommend this location to everyone
