Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I had Red Robin for the first time yesterday and it was SO good. The food was genuinely amazing and the waitress we had was AH-mazing. Her name was Brittany, she was so patient and genuinely a sweet soul. Definitely will be coming more often!

Server was Brittany and she was awesome. Attentive, personable knowledgeable and my coworker didn't get all of her add ons and she noticed it and went to get them.

Our server seemed new, so it took a while to get everything. My fries were cold before the ranch arrived. But, she was very nice and was trying hard.
Burgers were good - I had the $9.99 special and added mushrooms. YUM!

Our waitress/bartender made the entire visit worth while! The food was decent and the drink orders came back lightning fast and very well made.
The staff here is about the only reason to visit, true rockstars of the food service industry

The waiter was awesome, I actually followed him here from another restaurant! First time at Red Robin, and definitely not the last. Can’t beat the bottomless root beer floats and fries!

Walked in at 8:30 pm they close at 10 said to what looked like the manager I need a table for three and the girl ( long blonde hair )that was standing up there with another girl said it’s almost 9. Like she didn’t want to take us.The whole process of getting a table awkward took to long and was unprofessional. Then hostess sat us at a dirty table. We wanted leave but hungry. Just started off really bad then manager had to come ask us if any server had been over yet. Just weird!!! Let’s see what happens next. Server was great though!

I was there for the first time in support of a fundraiser from a social worker's business as it was an all day event from open to close, but I went there after my work day. For an appetizer that's not the typical bread stick, biscuit, or dinner roll, I was greeted by an upper management member with a basket of regular and garlic parmesan fries as a first time customer. I was served by Genna and a new hire under her training named Vicky with my entree order of the fish and shrimp duo. Later on, I saw the founder of the business who I know in the national urban league young professionals volunteer auxiliary and had a table with another friend. She thanked me for coming out. I would eat from red robin again 😋

I had the pleasure of being served by Vicki, who’s currently in training, and she was absolutely amazing! You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, attentive, and carried herself with so much confidence for someone still learning the ropes. Her positive attitude and great energy made the whole experience even better. I can already tell she’s going to be an incredible server — keep up the great work, Vicki!
