I RARLEY write bad reviews but I visited renegades for the first time last night and we were greeted by this older blonde lady at the front desk. We were unaware that everyone needed to have an ID to enter for family night which is okay, rules are rules! That being said, this lady was so incredibly rude and unprofessional about the situation, even when I was trying to find a solution. Her attitude towards us was unwarranted and just disrespectful. On the other hand, the muscular gentleman at the front with her, who had the tattoos was very nice and patient with me and my questions, so i appreciated that. Please do better with training your staff on how to treat customers.

Not what it used to be. All they play is pit bull and weird music. Wish they played the old music and old line dances

Great place for all ages, even if you don’t know how to line dance its still fun to watch. Gorgeous women in daisy dukes! Great security, great music. Can take a while to get a drink unless you go to outside bar.

Just went to this restaurant for the first time. Tried to make a reservation online but was instructed to call. I called the restaurant about making a reservation and they told me to make a reservation online but I told them it wouldn't let me. I asked if walk ins were OK and they said yes. We showed up at 430pm on Friday August 8th. There was no one waiting to be seated and no other customers in the building. He asked if I had a reservation and I said no that I was instructed that walk ins were fine. He said to me that they just opened and didn't know if they could serve us. So I just told him don't bother, we are just going to leave. Worst experience from a restaurant that was open but couldn't accommodate guests.

Don’t give this establishment ANY business. Policies change every week and the policies stated on the website contradict, what the owner Debbie says at the door. Nothing on the website says my guardian has to “GIVE BIRTH” to me to be allowed in this poor established business. After going at least once a week, for over a year, I will NEVER go back!

To your reply, your story does not match the incident. The adult was over 21 not under. No one refused to pay. We would have paid if you allowed me in but you did not. We have given you way too much money. Get your story straight if you want to reply.

I really wanted to like Renegades, but unfortunately, my experience was far from great. The bouncers were unnecessarily rude from the moment we arrived, and the staff inside wasn’t much better. The vibe felt more like an aggressive frat party than a welcoming country bar.

The music was blasting, but not even in a fun way — just overwhelmingly loud and hard to enjoy. We came for country and line dancing, but it felt more like a club with a confused identity. The drinks were overpriced for what you get, and service at the bar was super slow even though it wasn’t that busy.

I’ve been to plenty of country bars that know how to create a fun, respectful atmosphere — this just wasn’t it. If you’re looking for Southern hospitality or even just a decent night out, I’d look elsewhere.

very very rude staff they screamed at a 14 year old girl on family night who did nothing wrong and was with family members 21+ and before monday nights were packed they kept them in buisness but now wants to scream and threatened to call the cops on a sweet innocent girl how terrible!!!!

I have never been more disappointed in a place of business. The owner Debbie was beyond disrespectful on multiple occasions. It seems as though she changes the rules on a weekly basis but is biased on who the rules apply to. The atmosphere is so uncomfortable as the place of business is way too overcrowded to the point where you are back to back touching strangers. It is way too hot and to get water it costs $3 which is absurd. Because it was too hot inside I stepped outside on to the patio to get some fresh air on a teen night and was screamed at by the owner to get inside, just another rule she made up on the spot where customers weren't allowed outside. The cover to get in is $20 and is a waste of money especially to feel so disrespected.

My daughters recently tried to visit Renegades and were extremely disappointed with how they were treated. Despite my daughter being 21 and fully responsible for her younger sister during their visit on family night, they were denied entry simply because a parent or legal guardian was not present. The policy does not state that on the website.

I understand and respect the need for age restrictions, but the policy feels unnecessarily rigid. A responsible adult over 21 should be more than capable of accompanying a minor in a public setting — especially in a family-friendly environment. There was no alcohol involved, no inappropriate event, just an unclear policy enforced with zero flexibility or empathy.

The staff made no effort to offer alternatives or even explain the reasoning beyond “rules are rules.” It felt dismissive and unwelcoming. The girls were looking forward to this outing before heading back to college and high school next week., It was frustrating for them to be turned away for something that, frankly, could have been handled with a bit more understanding and common sense.

Sadly, we won’t be returning — and I’ll be letting friends and family know to think twice before planning a visit here. Roundup has a much better vibe — a little drive but so worth it!

I’m genuinely shocked at how poorly this place is run. They make a big deal about having rules, but clearly have no interest in enforcing them — unless it benefits them. The staff is disorganized, the management is rude, and it feels like no one is actually in charge. If you’re expecting consistency, fairness, or even basic customer service, you’re in for a disappointment.

There are way better bars in the area that actually value their customers and run things professionally. Renegades is not worth your time or money.
