Gentlemen Bodegón, do I have a concern? Is the tip voluntary? Or you Do they include it? Today at your restaurant the waitress included the tip and said it was your policy, do I think this is free will? And as a client you can give what you want for service, and attention you would like to give, because it is limiting for both sides and sounds like an obligation for the clients! I am one of the people who always leaves...but this seems like the last straw to me.

After my review (it wasn't the best) the service on the cafeteria to pick up orders, has improved 100%.

I asked for guava juice in milk, they brought it to me in water. The waitress did not apologize for the mistake, she just told me that I had to take it and pay because or else she would have to vote for it. To me as a customer that matters, it is a miserable mentality with little customer service. Guava juice with milk is my favorite and this site sells it along with soursop juice. The waitress got upset because I asked her to change it, she took the menu off the table and ignored me. I always went to eat and spent between $30 to $40 dollars. Then I stood up, left his juice on the table and left. I already took it upon myself to tell my family and friends about the kind of service there. I will never return, one less customer. Good bye!

Organized, delicious, good bakery but certain foods do not really taste authentic. Like the Creole steak, in Colombia it is normally overbelly a la criolla and in stew it is more abundant and richer. But the beans tasted good and everything. I hope they add Marranitas to the cravings menu.
