Have been to RH many times. Romantic atmosphere. Last night my husband and I dined there. Our experience was horrible. I requested to not be seated at any low tables/seats because of my bad back. Reiterated this concern to the hostess and requested she seat us at a cafe table that have more supportive chairs. She said she couldn’t do that and seated us at a table with extremely soft cushions. The cafe tables were empty the entire time we were there. Needless to say, I could barely walk last night after we left RH. Hostesses should be a little bit more compassionate to diner’s needs. Management needs to train them better

Wow wow wow!! When I say the food was GOOD it was GREAT! I HIGHLY recommend this rooftop restaurant! Bridgette was very nice and attentive. Great vibes, great food and great service, what more could you ask for!

We made a dinner reservation for 8:45pm and maybe they just stop caring at the end of the night? I cried on the way home because this was our first date night in 6 months after having our daughter. It’s beautiful inside but only if you get sat in the main room. We got sat in one of the darker side room areas which was practically empty and the tables next to us had not been bussed/cleaned. They finally picked up the plates and glassware but didn’t wipe down the tables and left the checks and crumbs/food on the table. I have anxiety and I just kept hyper focusing on the dirtiness next to us. Then, our waiter completely disappeared. I’m breastfeeding so I had ordered a coke and I wanted a refill. Finally, when one of the hostesses walked by I told her it had been ages since our waiter checked on us. I watched her walk around looking for him and finally after about 5 minutes another waitress came over and helped us and told us he was caught up in the kitchen? As far as the food, the burrata was good, the artichokes were partly burned. My husband said his shaved rib eye was fine but oh my gosh my lobster roll was toddler sized! Finally, our waiter reappeared again at the end of our meal. We asked for the check and I couldn’t wait to leave because I was so upset at the entire experience. Imagine spending $175 and not even being able to get a single refill of your drink and be forced to sit next to dirty tables. This happened last night and I’m still so upset and frustrated that this was our experience. I will never go back and I do not recommend this place for a special night. If you do decide to go, ensure you go there earlier in the night or for lunch, get sat in the middle room and do NOT order the lobster roll. This place is only good for its ambience and is extremely expensive for the type of food they serve. It’s also absolutely not kid friendly.

Centrally located, this fine establishment is adorned with an artistic exterior detailed with inlaid features such as the RH embedded in the stone path entry way. A grandiose feeling encapsulates you as you enter and your eyes will bounce excitedly from the inviting furniture to the chandeliers to the window pane views until you turn to see the ascension of stairs. It’s a feeling of accomplishment reaching the summit of what feels like a castle and your reward for this physical feat is bright smiling staff ready to greet you. With 100’s of bottles of wine lining the walls and the menu covering an array of choices that will certainly please the pallet, one thing better than this is the presentation and flavors of the dishes. This is a must visit! I’ll let you discover for yourself the rest of the art and beauty present at RH. ?

I love truffle but I couldn’t eat my food. So greasy and burnt. My husband requested truffle grill cheese with tomatoes and side of bacon. How do you charge $10 for bacon and it comes burnt. Waste of money! The only good thing was the coffee. Would not visit again

The atmosphere in the center of the restaurant is very nice. Our server Gabrielle was AWESOME! She has a beautiful smile and is so personable. Having a good server makes all the difference in the world when in comes to a dining experience.

OMG- what a scene!!!! We went for brunch for my birthday this past weekend & it was outstanding in every way. The food was incredible. Especially outstanding was the wonderful manager Sharon that we got our cocktails from at bar before being seated. She was beyond amazing & sweet. She gave us tips & even informed our fantastic server, Bridget, it was my birthday so we were comped dessert!! Could not have been a better experience. Highly recommend.
